I have never left a bad review but this ice cream was the absolute worst. It had definitely been defrosted and refrozen. It had a gritty texture. I've eaten a lot of ice cream in my day and I couldnt even eat more than three bites of this. My family and I ordered three 1 scoop cones and we took a few licks and told the lady working that there was something definitely wrong with it. She denied and denied that there was anything wrong with it as she took our money. We threw two cones away right there, and my mother was outside with hers because she didnt want to be rude throwing it away in front of the lady. My dad offered to throw it away inside. He went back inside to throw it away and she did offer us to have 3 soft serves instead after he went BACK inside. It really didnt make up for the disappointment that...

Beyond disappointed. Ordered two flurries and the girl behind the counter did not know how to use the machine. Spent 25 minutes waiting with no apologies etc. She rang us up and charged us a whopping $30 for TWO flurries. Did not have the time to wait any longer so paid and left. Called the next day to share the disappointment and spoke to the manager who was extremely obnoxious and simply told me that the girl was “new.” Proceeded to tell me that I should have been charged $8 a flurry. Raised her voice at me on the phone telling me she could not give me my money back unless I come in and meet with the owner and waste more of my time.
