Nun-Chux Original Craft Egg Roll Bar — Restaurant in Boerne

TLDR: IF YOU SEE THIS TRUCK GET IN THE ORDER LINE. I had this last night, and wow 👌! Top tier If you haven't tried it, it needs to be on your list. I could eat this every day. At the time I wrote this, they were parked in front of the Roadmap Brewery. I wanted a burger and was highly disappointed that the burger place was not open or whatever wasn't available so I was like lemme give this Nun-chux place a shot and asked a few people in line if they'd had it before and they all said no. I said f it, and I'll give it a try. The guy taking orders was super chill, and I asked what he recommended. It's a day later, and I'm still thinking about how good it was. I don't even remember what I ordered because the guy that took my order made the recommendation. Food was really good! I came here looking for a different food truck that ended up being closed.. i left but the owner asked me if i wanted to try his tater tots and i declined since i was looking forward to a specific food lol but after a few minutes- bc of how respectful he was i decided to go back and give this place a shot, and well worth it too! Owner was very nice and went out of his way to let us try his sticky tots and even threw in egg rolls to try them out.
