Offline BBQ — Restaurant in Boerne

I’m so happy that Cibolo has a gorgeous BBQ smoker in the back now and it is incredible!! The brisket was perfect and I’m generally very picky about BBQ. Perfect seasoning and pink smoke ring. 👏👏👏The staff are very friendly and love talking about the custom smoker they use, and will gladly give your husband a tour of it if you ask. Lol. There’s some picnic tables and the general Cibolo outdoor seating. We really enjoyed sharing a table with some people and having good conversation. Per usual, parking isn’t plentiful on weekends but just find something on the street. Your car will be safe here.

Not sure if these guys enter contests, but they certainly could. The food tastes as great as it looks and the staff is all about great bbq and great service.

Offline BBQ is located in the biergarten behind Cibolo Creek Brewing Co so you can enter through the restaurant or the driveway that runs behind Main street.

The only way you will be disappointed here is if you show up to late to order. Be careful with the bacon wrapped habaneros as they get hotter the more you eat. You will be happy when...
