Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Boise

I called and asked what specials they had. The girl who answered stated they had a large one topping pizza for $8.99. I selected that deal, and asked to have cheese as my first topping and to add pepperoni and mushrooms as additional toppings.

The girl on the phone stated she could not do that and proceeded in a failed attempt to upsell me on two large pizzas. Im a single guy here for work, and im simply trying to get a couple slices of pizza so im not starving. I drove all noght to get here, and this was my very first experience with a restaurant in Boise.

I would highly advise against this bait and switch pizza shop.

I highly recommend that you go elsewhere, anywhere other than this place. They could care less about their customers. This actually sucks.

But, no worries.; this will be the last time I wver call a Papa Johns.

WOW! REALLY!? WOW!!!.... Darrell, you are a kind man. You were at least nice to me with great customer service. You at least were concerned. But the assistant manager here!? Josh or Justin was the name. YOU WERE COMPLETELY FREAKING RUDE!!! I simply asked for a refund back for a hour wait (it stated 30-40 minutes for wait time) and undercooked pizza! And how dare you lie to me about sending an hour wait time notification to my email!!! I never received anything! Not even a phone call for the delay! I had never tried Papa John's so I thought I'd give it a chance. I ordered online through the app and set up an account. I ordered stuffed crust pizza and some jalapeno popper rolls. The pizza was definitely delicious. The jalapeno rolls were dry, hard, the jalapenos were shriveled up, hardly any cheese at all, they were gross. I called to complain and the manager said they weren't old, that she made sure. Okay fine but they must have been overcooked or something. They weren't what I expected and I wished I hadn't ordered them. She made no attempt to resolve the matter in anyway and rushed me off the phone, rudely.
