Awful from the start. Placed order and went to pick up. Order not complete and poorly made. Cheese bread had almost no cheese on it and was literally 6 tiny pieces. Portal was luke warm at best and boxes were room temperature. No 3 garlic sauces as requested and paid for, and what was supposed to be pretzel crust pizza was regular crust, with partial red sauce AND cheese sauce. Both barely even got on the crust. It was like eating cardboard with no sauce and 10 pieces of pepperoni. Ive always had amazingly made orders, but this time it was a joke. The service was a joke too. I waited 11 minutes to talk to the girl at the register to voice my concerns, but it took her all of that time just to make change from a $20 for a customer. 11 min to make change? Maybe the S&M chains around her neck were weighing her down and a bit distracting? I know they were to me. The crew in the back were acting like toddlers towards the "boss" and he was fully inviting more of the behavior. I ran 7 Little Caesar corporate stores as a District Manager for 1 years, and had this been one of mine, there would have been maybe 2 that weren't fired that evening. Dress code? Obviously one doesnt exist here nor does cleanliness. I didnt even stick around due to not being able to get to talk to the cashier who obviously needs training, nor could i get anyone elses attention less than 10 feet away from me due yo the goofing off and being to loud to here me saying "excuse me" 4 times. This has to be a different crew than 2 months ago as the food was some of the best ive ever had at a Little Caesars.....including any of my own. Due to the goofing off, I can see how my order was a complete disaster. Will I return? That is the question. I really dislike wasting my money on places that dont care about the customer experience. Read moreI ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni from them off of the app. Literally 3 minutes after i got the email saying my order had been place(received it right after i ordered) i got another email saying it was ready in the pizza portal. 3 minutes...... So basically theyre able to cook a pizza fresh for you from nothing to done in 3 minutes. not possible unless theyre serving people old food. They also give out regular pizzas and tell you they are the extra most bestest ones. And they mark them with olives to show that they are the extra most bestest and not the regular(which they are, they are liars there) What if youre allergic to olives? or just plain dont want any olive flavor on your pizza that you didnt order olives on? Well that doesnt matter because these idiots cannot distinguish the difference unless they put toppings on your pizza that you didnt order nor did you want. Theres literally check boxes on the front of their pizza boxes for them to distinguish, but youd imagine that the people who work here might not be able to read so they use olives instead. In the end they give you old food that is the lower quality version of what you actually ordered, so they rip you off, and put ingredients on it you dont want because they either cant read. For two classics and the crazy bread. Paid then only got one pizza and the bread. So asked if I ordered two or one and the worker shook her head and said one. Wasnt sure because it was loud and didnt get receipt. So i thought i misheard the price and paid for what i thought was the second then the worker took another order and went to the back.
