Update Oct '21: had some up and down experiences since original review. A couple times, ordered for pickup and everything was great and crew was super nice. However, have now had multiple really bad delivery experiences, including one order arriving 4-5 hours after we ordered (dropped off at 2am!), and then another order placed and canceled about 45 minutes later.
If you really want Domino's, then I suppose you can try. But don't count on actually getting your food.
It's been nearly 2 years (for us) and this place is still a mess. Needs an operations or management overhaul, it seems...
Original review: Had an oddly unpleasant experience.
Placed our first ever order here for delivery late-ish on a Sunday night. The website said order would be delivered in roughly 30 minutes just before we ordered, so didn't seem that busy.
Kept an eye on the tracker, and noticed things weren't progressing, and then saw the estimated time jumped up to three hours!
Decided to call just to see if something was up, or maybe they closed early, or tracker wasn't correct? But nope, a guy answers and was completely rude. He mentioned he hadn't even started our order as if we should have known this, and then we mentioned the 3hr estimated time and he just says "Yep! I only have one driver, and we're still delivering orders from 7pm!", again, as if somehow we should have known this.
Ok, fair enough, if you guys are busy, we in no way are expecting you to work like some kind of super heroes, it's just pizza. But, you have to realize we have no way of knowing what's going on, and just called to politely ask what's up. Don't be a child about it.
So who knows, it was just really unprofessional, and clearly they're doing something wrong if they can't manage business such that they're creating a 3+ hr lead time, still accepting orders, and not contacting customers to...

They took my name, phone number, order and card payment. I asked for a receipt and was told it’ll be given when the pizza arrives. My response to that was “no ma’am, I need a receipt for the charging of my card. May you text or email it”. I was advised to hold on while they checked, but the rep hung up. Ok cool, someone then called my phone to advise that they were no longer taking delivery order and that my payment will be returned in 3-5 business days… what in the lord faquard? I advised that It was their responsibility to advise that before they took my order and card details, the rep whose name I think was Caitlyn, I forgot because they made me that upset, advised that maybe it was a call center person who took the order… THE LIES, lol. So then I say no, and ask again about the payment that was taken, knowing hey couldn’t and wouldn’t do the job, they advised the same, 3-5 days. We have a party going over here with a bunch of children /9 I said, “let me see if someone can pick it up and I’ll call back”, the person said ok. I found someone to pick up the order and called back, however, I was advised that no orders were being taken or prepared. When I say this location is ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRAINED, I MEAN IT. There is no amount of COVID that would make this acceptable (I say that because maybe they have high turnover rates). Read more2 weeks ago, my husband and I ordered a large Brooklyn, small jalapeno and chicken, and an order of chicken bites. Placed the order online, and it stated about 35-40 mins delivery time. 45 mins goes by, then 60... and the driver showed up after 1 hr 10 mins. When my husband asked what happened, the driver says "Thanks for choosing Dominos", and walks away. We going to let it pass... but then we open the boxes to cold food, a spotty covered brooklyn, and no sauce on the chicken/jalapeno. I call the manager, and got a guy named PJ. After explaining everything that was wrong, he offered to refund or comp the order, and said he would have the manager approve a complete remake of the order, plus cinnamon twists. So we accepted the comp, thinking it was an isolated incident. We were SO wrong... tonight, after calling in the same order, and asking to speak with the manager, I was told he was too busy to come to the phone. I explained what had happened to the girl answering the phone, but her reply was I'm sorry I couldn't help you - have a nice night. I'm stunned, thinking - really?!? My husband and I both grew up here, and he was a frequent guest at the old location, across from Clem's on Schmidt Rd... it's not what it used to be, for sure. A couple years ago, I even got the worst food poisoning of my life from this place, got the urgent care statement to prove it...and we still gave it a 2nd chance. We prefer to eat local if we can, but not this place - no more. We wont be ordering...
