Summary: it was a weird and mediocre experience that I'm not excited to repeat, but don't let my experience deter you. Taste is subjective, and you may have a better time than I did.
So. My experience wasn't great. It also wasn't terrible, but from the start it was weird. We came at a slower time, and getting through the line took maybe 5 minutes. Which makes it strange that they had some people out taking orders before you reached their menu. They were nice enough, but they seemed surprised that we didn't know what we wanted. You guys opened like two minutes ago, and not that it's ever okay to assume that your customers know what they want to order before seeing your menu...but seriously?
So, after an awkward exchange, we order a large iced caramel whatever their specialty is called, and two pumpkin bites.
The coffee was pretty good. Not particularly sweet, which is generally welcome, but the coffee (as in the beans) was pretty average. I would definitely drink one again, but I don't know that I'd rank it any higher than a Dunkin iced coffee (definitely not for the price).
Then there were the pumpkin bites. The best thing I can say about them was that the special, 2 for $5.50, is a bad deal and you should not buy them. I'll refrain from elaborating because I try not to be needlessly mean, but they were undoubtedly the low point of the experience.
Honestly, I can't really recommend the place off my experience, but I'd love to see these guys step up their game and be successful. We need good coffee spots in Bolingbrook, and they have a great location to take...

Maple bourbon was a little too sweet for my liking but tastes exactly how youād expect it to, and they gave my wife an iced PSL instead of the iced pumpkin caramelicious. Ordered through their app 11-12 minutes in advance to avoid long lines, pull up and thereās no way to pick up the order except through the drive thru line, so we waited an extra 10-15 minutes for the coffees and caramelicious muffin. Even though they gave the wrong drink it was still pretty good, 4 stars since there was no major point ordering ahead of time since we had to wait in line regardless. Ironically the app says to use the app to āavoid and skip the linesā and that we can go through the drive thru OR counter pickup but thereās no way to even do a counter pickup when thereās no way to even go inside for pickup orders. Muffins was delicious and coffee was good, would still recommend and hopefully things are smoother for them for...

So far it has been a decent experience. I understand the place is new and with it comes new staff. There has been times my drink was prepared wrong. All Iāve ordered is an iced cold brew/coffee (black) and with cold foam. Simple, right? Itās been a hit or miss. Some staff members will get it right, sometimes they wonāt. The maple waffle sandwich is soo good. Kinda makes up for the coffee errors. But when you are in a rush and you get your coffee order wrong, it doesnāt feel ok. Maybe itās lack of training, system issues (I order on the app)..not sure. The wrong drink order still...
