H&M — Local services in Bolingbrook

This has to be one of the worst or do I say weakest H&M I have ever visited. This one is located at the promenade in Chicago. It really had nothing of substance, compared to other H&M outlets I have visited.

It was virtually empty. One can't even get stuff like corporate outfits for women. The kind of clothes there were nothing to write home about. I went round-the place like 5times (that's to show you how small it is). It is a really small outlet, not sure if that's why they have almost nothing in there.

I was really very disappointed, because i was excited when my uncle was taking us there, and because I already had high hopes based on other outlets I have visited previously. He tried to make sure I pick something, but there was really nothing appealing to pick. So, yea I left there highly disappointed.

Huge fan of H&M not a fan of inconsistent business practices. I went into the store to return a sweater I bought for my kid that ended up being too small, had taken the tags off and they were all mixed up with tags from other items from the same order so I just brought the bag that the item was shipped in and had the receipt for the item on my phone. Was told by a blonde girl I could not return the brand new sweater that had not been washed or worn because I didn’t have the tags even though I had the receipt on my phone and had just bought it 2 days prior. I called H&M customer service twice to ask 2 separate people if I can return an item that I just received with the receipt but without the tags and they said yes, I could Return the item to a store. I guess this is her first job being having any kind of power. Also, nowhere in H&M’s return policies, does it say that the items must...

I have always been a loyal H&M customer, but I had a very unpleasant experience recently at this location. I was approached by an employee, who was the manager on duty, and wrongly accused of shop lifting!

The employee, stopped me in the middle of the store, in front of other customers, accused me of stealing an item, was very rude, had me open and empty my purse only to see that I had nothing but my own personal belongings inside! And on top of that he did not apologize. I tried to call back the next day and file a complaint with a different manager and was put on hold twice for almost ten minutes!

Very rude, unprofessional...
