2/25/25 - Boyfriend drove with me here yesterday even though this location doesn’t get drinks right. My pink drink was incorrectly made and I asked them to make it again and it was still incorrect. I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to have them keep making it incorrectly and wasting all of our time. I wasn’t rude but they were. They stood near the window and gossiped about me like I was some jerk. You guys are using way too much of the acai base and not enough of the coconut milk; this is supposed to be a marginally creamy drink. If you’re mixing it in the trenta cup instead of the shaker then I guarantee your measurements are off. If not, you guys just don’t know how to make the drink, and shoudn’t fault the customer for just asking for a refund instead of being rude to you or demanding it be made over and over. My bacon and gouda was also so overcooked the bacon was hard and inedible, and my boyfriend’s sandwich was cold in the middle. Hopefully he’ll finally stop coming here.
No whipped cream on peppermint mocha, is barely warm. You guys are awful.
Added a picture of my iced matcha latte. Barely any matcha whatsoever. It is flavorless. They basically gave me a glass of cold milk. I contacted corporate a while ago about this location... I didn't ask for refunds or anything but simply ask if they could do something about the drink quality here. All they wanted to do was refund me. I really shouldn't have to go out of my way to another location because they still can't make drinks correctly.
Everyone here is very friendly but whether I order through Uber Eats or we go pick up, our caramel macchiatos never taste right. It's like they're not adding any vanilla or caramel. I go to other locations and they taste significantly better. I like to order the pink drink too and I've had issues with that as well. It's supposed to be a creamy drink and half the time it's like they didn't use enough coconut milk or didn't mix it correctly. There have also been times where I've had it delivered and there was so much ice in the cup I only got four sips out of my venti drink. The cappucinos suffer from the same issue; I should be able to get more than 3-4 sips out of a venti cappucino. It was not listed on the display in the drive through or on the drink. Typically they put “ask me” below the extra caramel.
