Dolly's Produce Patch and Eatery — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

I went today. Sunday around 10:30am. Wow this has gone down hill more then I expected. I ordered a veggie omelette, cottage fries, multi grain toast and coffee. I got a looking good veggie omelette that had no flavor. Could have used salt and pepper. Cottage 🥔 potatoes was pretty much cold and chewy as if they sat for a while. The toast was smothered with butter. The coffee ☕ was great. I had to ask 2x for another cup of coffee. The other servers seemed to be more attentive to their customers. I decided not to say anything because I could not easily get the waitress's attention. The restaurant was not full. And I was alone. Anyway. I got the bill and went to pay it. I was asked if I enjoyed my meal. So I told him how I felt. Response to our conversation. "Why did you not say something earlier?" As I stated it was hard getting the waitresses attention. His response nothing I can do about it now. It would have been nice to say. I'm sorry you had a bad experience why don't you come back again? At least apologize. So I paid my bill. Funny this might have been the manager or a person in charge. He gave me my change minus my coin change Did not count back the money. Shocking I was actually shocked This man was late 60's early 70's. I'm just surprised to see a good breakfast place go down hill so...

Can I give 10 stars? Great food and service at reasonable prices. I new this place was special when we walked in. It was packed but the staff was just handling it like it was just another day. Walking to our seats, we saw a table with pies to go and another table with lots of other sweet treats. Though busy, our server arrived promptly and gave us good recommendations for what to eat. The specials included Pumpkin Waffle, New York Strip steak and Eggs Benedict. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and Randy's Special from the menu. Everything arrived quickly. The Eggs Benedict did not have a traditional hollandaise sauce. It was more of a cheesy sauce but it was still excellent. Similarly, the Biscuits and Gravy had a nice mild flavor I've never tasted before but I sure did like it. Randy's Special also came with bacon and 2 eggs which were cooked over-medium perfectly. On our way out, we were shown the new pies that were in the refrigerator. We had to buy the Coconut Cream Pie. Amazing! We'll be back as...

What a horrible experience we had at this establishment. We decided to try Dolly's for breakfast on a Saturday morning with our dog. My fiancé asked if we were allowed to sit outside with the dog before we even sat down...the host said absolutely we are dog friendly sit anywhere you like outside. We sat down and instantly an elderly woman came out and said ohh no you can't sit here ...to which we replied we just asked and were told it was fine. Our server came over and then told us no problem we were fine to sit there. So we sat down and prepared to order and this elder lady came back to our table and again said oh no you cannot sit here! At this point we got up and left. What a horrible experience. I can only assume this elderly lady was Dolly. I will never return to this restaurant and will be sure to inform all of my friends and family to stay clear of this establishment. We are now down the road at Joe’s Diner and they are absolutely...
