Horrible service. Waited for a table for 25 min which was no problem at all. Once we Sat down, did not get greeted until about 15 min later. Server took our drink order, but the drinks never came. Then 20 min later, a different server asked if we wanted to get drinks started... told them we had already ordered drinks but we ordered them again. Finally got our drinks. Ordered our food 15 min later, and the food never got the put in, (this food order was taken from a third person now to approach us) Our drinks sat empty (we would have been more patient if we had at least our drinks), ordered a round of drinks from 2 different people, still no drinks. Then when I approached the bar, one of the servers told us "I didn't take your drink order only your food order" so i asked to get our drinks. She said sure!! Finally got a round of drinks after 35 min. One hour and 30 min later our food still never showed up. Asked to cancel the food and for our check then our food magically showed up. They later apologized saying they were short staffed which is understandable - but had 3-4 different people coming to ask us for drinks and food orders but never received them. Then proceeded to get an attitude from the staff when we complained about the wait after 2 hours!!! Not even a drink for us to sip on while we waited. Watched multiple people at other tables complain and leave, also watched a table much larger than ours get their food before us and they told us "your food is coming". Sat and waited 2 hours before we got our food..... no manager or owner around. When a “manager” approached us he laughed at our...

My girlfriend and I are new to the area and decided to order from Flanco’s via DoorDash. While we expected some price inflation and portion adjustments, this restaurant seemed to take that notion as a challenge.
My entrée was decent—not exceptional, but at least passable. Unfortunately, the rest of the order was a letdown, especially considering the $73.14 price tag.
What made it unacceptable:
Missing tortillas for fajitas—a fundamental part of the dish.
$2.00 for a spoonful of sour cream—hardly justifiable.
$10.00 for a small bag of chips and 3 ounces of mediocre queso—not worth it.
The most disappointing flan we’ve ever had.
Guacamole with zero flavor—it tasted like mashed avocado and water, lacking any seasoning or depth.
The overall quality was subpar, with food trucks offering far better flavor, value, and consistency. The only reason this is a two-star review instead of one is that my entrée was at least restaurant-quality.
We’ve heard great things about the area's Hispanic food scene, but if this is any indication, we started at the bottom. Safe to say, we won’t be giving it...
Read moreWhile visiting from Texas I’m always uneasy about trying Mexican food in other states, and I’ve already tried one place in Naples, and it was a big no, however I keep trying. Flaco’s steak, fajitas, salsa, chips, guacamole were very good, the cheese enchiladas a big no for me, and that’s okay, I get different styles, and different regions of Mexico . My biggest issue is with cheap flour tortillas with preservatives in them that anyone can buy from a grocery store, the preservatives smell and they just suck. Even a lot of our fast food Mexican restaurants in Texas have at least fresh tortillas from a tortilla machine, and to me a fresh homemade flour tortilla just makes the meal and experience complete. At the very least if Flaco’s had a tortilla machine at the entrance when people came in, and they could see and smell the fresh tortillas it would be a huge hit, plus they would have no competition. I figure most of these restaurants think people don’t know any better and go the lazy route with pre made garbage. I would go back to Flaco’s, good people, good service, & good steak! Please consider...
