Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

Came in after a long rough day, looking to get a quick bite but I left with a full stomach and warm heart. The service I received at this marcos location is impecable. From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted with a welcoming hello and was asked right away if I needed any help with the menu. Not once did I feel as though my business was not wanted. Dale at the front desk really brought the whole experience together. A friendly hard working young man. If a manager is reading this I’m highly recommending giving him a raise, keep your employees happy and they’ll continue to make customers such as myself happy. I was passing by early on my way home but I had another stop along the way. So I asked that they not cut the pizza so I could easily reheat in the oven then cut myself. They suggested they par bake it and I finish baking at home. Great idea. I baked it at 450 for about 12 minutes. I like it crispy on the bottom. I have a pizza screen pan but you could just place on the center rack and achieve the same results. You can also use a regular pizza pan to finish the baking. To brown the bottom you have to pull the pan from under the pie and leave the pizza on the oven rack for a few minutes to brown. Be careful not to burn. We have been going to Marcos Bonita Springs for several years. Since it became a corporate store the toppings have been steadily decreased. We always get large thin crust with double old world pepperoni. We go once a week, on fathers day we ordered double pepperoni,thin crust. It was embarrassing when the pizza arrived. Pepperoni was scarce. I know another store is opening on Colonial. We will wait for that store to open before we return to Marcos.
