This was the worst customer service I have ever, EVER encountered in my life in this McDonalds. First I was given a drink that was oveflowing so much it spilled all over my dashboard when it was handed to me at the drivethrough. Secondly they handed me the bag with my order and I looked around it and did not see my cheeseburger, I told the lady that im missing a part of my order and she started arguing with me that I did not order the burger when not even half a minute before that had confirmed with me what i've ordered, then insisted on seeing my receipt which foolishly I did not pick up when I payed. Another woman in a black shirt approached and joined the argument trying to convince me the whole time that I did not order this burger and they will not give it to me. It was shocking, I felt truly ridiculous trying to convince them that 10 seconds ago I ordered and payed for something and I am not getting it now. I said many times "please understand this is really bad service you are giving me, I know what I ordered and what I payed for". After few minutes of arguing and trying to understand this crazy situation I checked my bag a second time and my burger turn out be in the bag buried under a ton of napkins and fries in a way that you will never know there is something there, but the employee had the audacity to tell me literally super aggressive and in my face that I have to apologize. When I was leaving with my car she cursed at me. I am truly shocked by this experience, how rude both of them were, how uncomfortable and plain horrible they made me feel as a customer. Read moreon 5th of February. My wife and I went through drive threw for lunch. What we got was the most unpleasant experience. We placed order,got to the window and paid with our card. After he charged whe proceeded to tell us, that wasn’t our order. So he argued us for correct order and recharged us fold me to go to next window with the receipt and they would refund the incorrect order. So we went to next window and gave us what was the wrong order. I gave it back and told manager the story. She said she had to charge us for the correct order , which was pai in first widow. She had to go to him and find out he didn’t charge us for our order so I agreed to pay. THEN while we waited on our order they told us they were out of fountain drinks and would have to give us CANS. Now when gave them to me,they were damaged cans about to explode. I told him he could open them because I didn’t want explosions in my car. He proceeded and gave us cups of ice drinks were flat. Surprise! Then he handed us our bag. Now by this point I’m furious. I took the bag. Meanwhile there are a lot of cars behind me. We leave and as we drove away we got our order ready to eat. NOW the fish was so old they were dried out and hard. Now I was becoming irate. Was going to go back and raise Cain. I cooled down and cam home and notified McDonald’s customer service. The contacted me back next day. Very friendly. They said they would contact the franchise owners and have them take care of it. well here I am waiting 5 days and heard nothing yet. Read moreI wish I could give less than 1 star. Over the last 3 or 4 months I have stopped here to get the grilled artisan chicken sandwich. I have probable stopped 12 times. Twice I have been given the fried chicken. Unfortunately I do not eat fried food so I wasted my time and money. On my subsequent visits I did complain but all I got was, "oh sorry." The last time I visited was on 3/2/2017 at 7:10 PM. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without getting waited on. I was the only customer there at the time. In the back two girls were having a heated argument in Haitian. I don't understand the language but from the sound of it what they were saying to each other didn't sound complimentary. The person working the takeout window twice told them to knock it off but they just continued. An older gentleman at the back of the work area poked his head out of a door. I assume this was the manager but whatever he was doing this fight didn't seem to bother him. I stood for another 5 minutes waiting but I was becoming upset just from the negative vibe in this place. All I can think is I must have been invisible this night because I never did get waited on. I just walked out and left. I don't know how this place stays in business.
