This was our third time here and the place has gone downhill big time. The varirlety shrank and the quality of food was just horrible. They can't call what they serve a "sushi", it's just rice. And it's not even a tasty rice. No sashimi. Few simple "sushi" choices that they keep running out of. Raw salmon and tuna (on a picture) were just plain tasteless and the pieces were paper thin. No sald bar. Just one fruit and three types of sweets. Yes, just one fruit and no fresh veggies. I have been to mediocre buffets, but this topped them all. In addition, we asked for a knife twice but never got it. Not a big thing, but it all added up. Not coming back again. Not worth the money.

The online ordering app and the restaurant’s menu clearly stated that the Hibachi Special came with both a salad and miso soup. But when we arrived, they claimed they only include one—if they feel like it. They also forgot our Coke, so we had to go back to get it—only to be told they were “out of salads” altogether, so we never got them. The steak portion was tiny, and the rice and sides were completely bland. Easily one of the worst meals I’ve had. Don’t waste your money.

Sakura Buffet of Naples is a small buffet with a decent selection. They feature mostly Asian inspired dishes with some American as well. They also have a decent selection of sushi. It’s just the sushi isn’t the best tasting, but the price of entry isn’t too bad. The overall selection isn’t updated very often so if you’ve been there already, it’s pretty much the same experience. Overall, I recommend this buffet as it’s the only one in the area and it’s decent.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. Everything was just...ok. The fried rice was bland. The sweet & sour chicken was greasy. The sesame chicken was bland. The hibachi was exceptionally bland. My wife said the same thing about everything she tasted, including her hibachi which she had ordered "spicy". It wasn't.

On top of this, they brought my hibachi plate to someone else's table. That's a simple enough mistake, but it's not like the place was busy. The restaurant was less than half full on a Wednesday at 5pm. Only 3 people had ordered hibachi in the whole restaurant while I was there, and 2 of them were my wife and I, so I was surprised when they gave someone else my food.

Regardless, the food was fairly tasteless. Also, the place seemed run down. I wasn't under the impression that this plaza was very old, but the restaurant sure was showing its age. The food at Sakura wasn't close to the quality and taste of Grand Buffet in Gulf Gate Plaza, although Grand Buffet looks even more run down than Sakura.

I will say that one of the customers I met (the guy who got my hibachi plate) absolutely LOVES Sakura and eats there at least twice a week. I'm happy for him, but we probably...

This place was pretty decent when it first opened. I would have given it a 3.5-4 star review. The food quality and service had seriously gone down hill since then. Three days ago I ordered three Cali rolls, a miso soup and some cucumber salad. First of all, they used to serve the cuke salad. We asked for two orders to go, and they said they’ve never offered it. They absolutely used to, but apparently that’s a myth at this point. Cali rolls are pretty hard to mess up. They were okay, but very loosely rolled and were just okay. Fell apart very easily. Our order was take out. There was no soy sauce, or even chopsticks or napkins when we got home. The miso soup was SUPER watery and bland. I’m not picky at all, but it was noticeably sub par to any I’ve ever had before. This place is the closest to my house, so I hope that they can pick up the missing pieces and make the experince way better for the customer. Right now they are lucky to get a 2 star review. I haven’t dined in about 6mo but I would have given our last visit a 3-3.5. The quality is...

First time time visiting this place with my family. Checked out the reviews before arriving and like all places some have its good and its bad. We decided to give it a try. The place was empty when we first arrived possibly because it was a bit late. The restaurant looked nice and clean and the food looked delicious. The item I enjoyed the most was the mushrooms in sauce very delicious. It was pretty decent didnt complain, nice to try different places. What I can tell you is next morning barely 5am I woke up with extreme diaharrrea, unbareable abdominal pain, vomiting chunks of mushrooms..omg..theres no word to describe the amount of stomach I am enduring. Not sure what happened with the mushrooms. Another thing I want to mention is our server was great very attentive, but also felt like we were being watched and rushed to finish. Its all you can eat, dont know why employees would create that kind of environment, but definitely my family and I wont be returning. Hope this doesnt happen to anyone...
