Staff is very friendly the lady that helped me was very nice very sweet person you could tell.
I made the mistake of ordering three steak tacos without knowing what kind of steak they use being new to the area my advice is try one steak taco first see if you like the meat and then order more if you like.
Meet headache flavor the meat was soft but it seemed like it sat in boiling water for some time before it was put on a flat griddle to be cooked when the meat came out to me it was lukewarm to cold so that tells me they cook the meat in advance and when someone comes and orders they warm it up and put it in the taco.
So first turn off was the steak.
Second turn off was the salsa bar in today's pandemic situation having a salsa bar with open containers for self-service is not ideal and could potentially be a health risk if someone was to cough or sneeze over the salsa. Salsas were also very runny like water. that was my second turn off.
I also had an horchata again another item that seemed to be watered down so I don't know if they understand quality or if they understand quantity but I'm an individual that prefers quality over quantity.
This did not fix my taco hunger and being new to the area I moved on to another location to look for tacos I'll admit the second location on 41 that I went to was another place that had terrible tacos it just seems there's no authentic Mexican tacos here in Florida.
I gave a three stars because of how nice the lady was but I didn't finish my meal I took two bites out of one of my three tacos and left the plate on the table.

I would order on my day off every week so i didn’t have to drive or cook I always order the Carne Asada nachos with other things . today they sent me ground beef nachos not what I ordered not what I like not what I wanted. I called them back and I was hung up on three times By Rosa, she was super rude not willing to fix the issue and talked about the same thing over and over again saying that asada nachos are two dollars more and if I’m not charged that she will not give me that so she gave me ground beef. I told her why didn’t you call me before giving me something that I did not order or just canceling the order she told me that I need to call Uber and fix the two dollar price difference and like I stated to her her pricing with Uber has nothing to do with me. I do not care about a two dollar charge. What I care about is you not sending me something that I did not order after her continuing to hang up on me and not willing to fix the problem I drove 25 minutes to get there for her also to tell me the same thing about a two dollar charge I handed her the two dollars and told her to fix the problem and I will not be back. She would not refund my money so she remade the food. She was very nasty rude horrible customer service and to be honest the restaurant was pretty nasty. I never knew the restaurant was that dirty . I attempted to place an order ahead of time but was put on hold and forgotten for over 25 minutes. When I called back, I was put on hold again for an additional 20 minutes. After finally placing my order and receiving a total over the phone, I arrived at the location only to find the total was different. When I pointed this out, the cashier dismissed my concern, stating that those were the prices, and if I didn't want to pay, I could leave.
Frustrated, I paid without tipping. Later, I discovered that the charge to my bank account was higher than expected, indicating the cashier added a tip without my consent. This is fraudulent, and I had to dispute the charge with my bank.
