Less than a week ago, I purchased a new Motorola phone with a case and a screen cover. I watched the service agent apply the cover and it looked like she had a hard time sealing it at the top near the camera lens. Two days later, I put the phone in my pocket and that area wasn't sticking to the phone and got caught on my pocket and cracked. So, I went back to this Metro PCS office on old 41 in bonita springs and brought it to the attention of an agent by the name of Yolhber, who looked like he just graduated high school. He instantly tells me that it cracked from keys and he wasn't going to replace it. I tried to remind him that I just purchased the phone. He says, "no, that's from keys". I didn't know what keys he's talking about but in any case, I wanted a new one put on, so I looked at him and I said " I want a new one put on". Without hesitating, he looks at me and says, " you can want all you like, but your not getting one. That's an unbelievable way to do business. He must hate his job because I wouldn't hire a disrespectful punk like that. I walked out before I lost my temper, but I had to say something about Yolhber. I'll never use that location again.
Follow up... I had to use a different location to get another screen cover put on. 28 dollars more. Incredible. So, after reading another review on here, where someone said that they were tricked into thinking that the boom box was a gift for buying a new phone, I looked at my receipt. Well well well, ... There was another charge in there for one hundred and six dollars for the blue tooth speaker. I went back to the store on old 41, in bonita springs and tried to return it. The woman working there said that they took the money off the price of the phone and they would not take it back. Then the girl that actually put the original screen cover on the phone and "sold" us the speaker came out of the back room where I guess she was hiding and I told her about the screen cover. She actually looked sad. She should find a new job before she gets corrupted like the others. Or maybe it's too late. In any case, I'm finished with that particular Metro PCS location. Maybe the service...
Read moreThe young man in the store sold me a new phone because I dropped my old phone and cracked the screen. Then he told me there has been issues with the internet box that I needed a new internet box. What a mistake that was. Paid a deposit for a new box and he put in the username and password incorrectly. Took it home could not have internet for a half a day until I spend an hour online with tech to finally get it straightened out. Never should have taken the box home there was nothing wrong with mine after talking to tech and the rebate department I now understand there was no reason for me to have a new internet box. He must have just got credited for starting a new account. Rethinking the whole...
