Sneaky Pete's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

Had the worst and most humiliating experience we have ever had at a restaurant. We waited 45 minutes for someone to take our order and only after we asked if someone would take our order. There were 6 of us. One of our party did not get his food. We had to ask 3 different people before his food was brought out and only half of what he ordered and after veryone had finished eating. We were told that his order was givin to someone else. When the bill came we were over charged for an extra wine and all our meals were at least $2 more than the indicated price on the menu. When we asked about it we were told it was tax but there was tax added at the bottom. We asked for the manager. He came out right away with an attitude. He was rude and aggressive and would not listen to our concerns. He accused my husband of being intoxicated. Told us to pay the bill, get the hell out and never come back. The security person continued to apologize for the managers behavior. We are not people that normally complain and would have gladly payed the bill with a simple explanation of the higher price. The food was delicious and the environment was fun but the customer service was horrible and that gentleman has no business...

Ate lunch with my hubby here on a Tuesday. I had a few first impressions. One: there weren't many people there, but they all looked happy and social. Most were at the bar drinking. A few were playing pool. A few were in a booth eating. Second: no one including staff, was wearing a mask. I felt odd man out as I walked in with mine on. Third: the decor needs some updating. I feel bad to mention it. Maybe times have been tough.

We ordered the French onion soup, buffalo chicken salad in taco shell, and steak sandwich.. Got it blackened. Soup was awesome! Salad was amazing with the chipotle ranch dressing! Sandwich was good..too fast for my taste, but that's the cut of meat.

Our server Kelly has been there for nineteen years! That's a crazy long time on this town! Kelly was great! I think she was serving the whole restaurant. Though there was a bar tender.

All in all, I'd go back. Decor isn't everything. The food was good, service...

This was our first time here and it was amazing! We went on Tuesday night for karaoke, dinner, and a couple of drinks. The layout of the place is very spacious, great decor, and great atmosphere. Lisa was our bartender for the night and she was phenomenal. She was so friendly, attentive, and knew what she was doing. Down here sometimes some places have staff members that just really don’t care. But, everyone working the bar area was friendly and even if it wasn’t their part of the bar made sure every customer was satisfied. The food was great, came out quickly, and was definitely fresh. Karaoke was so much fun. I’ve been to quite a few places down here for that and this was by far my favorite. He made sure the mics were cleaned between each singer, and everyone who sang had their own mic cover. It truly was an amazing time. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to people...
