Worth the Wait! Great Food, Great Staff!

Our first experience with Sonny’s started off a bit rocky and exhausting but it was completely turned around by their great customer service and delicious food. Initially, I tried calling in an order, but the phone lines weren’t working, so I decided to stop by in person. It was very busy, but a friendly server helped me place my order quickly.

When I returned a half hour later to pick up my pizza and cannolis, I ended up waiting another hour at the bar. In total, it was about an hour and a half wait for one "some like it hot" 16" pizza and a cannoli trio. However, during that time, multiple servers checked in to see if I had been helped, which I really appreciated. The staff was attentive, sociable and approachable, and their hospitality didn’t go unnoticed.

One suggestion I do have is to implement a more seamless online ordering process. I was disappointed that there wasn’t an option to place my order online myself, as this would have made the experience much smoother, especially if the online option allowed tracking the status of the order.

Despite the wait, the food was absolutely delicious and well worth it! Next time, we’ll definitely be dining in rather than ordering to go. Looking forward to our next visit and giving them a second chance on time managment!

Visiting Florida from Chicago I noticed that Sonny's pizzeria and sports bar in Naples, FL, advertised they serve Chicago style pizza. Being a lifelong Chicagoan raised on thin crust pizza, I was eager to see how Sonny's pizza compared to thin crust pizza in Chicago.

Ashley, (aka, Paula Deen!) our very personable and fun waitress waited on us and answered all of our questions and offered us her menu recommendations. We ordered a 16" sausage/mushroom pizza and the cheesy garlic bread.

After a very reasonable wait time, Ashley brought our cheesy garlic bread to the table. It was excellent, crusty with the right garlic flavor, loaded with cheese and accompanied by marinara dipping sauce. We then were served our pizza. Let me just say the pizza was delicious with just the right amount of cheese and tomato sauce topped by very flavorful Italian sausage and fresh mushrooms. Needless to say there was very little of the pizza left to take home, it was that good!!!

I highly recommend Sonny's pizzeria and sports bar not just for the excellent food but also for the number of large screen TVs they have if you're interested in watching the latest sporting events. Make sure to ask for Ashley as your waitress,...

I want to congratulate the staff of Sonny's in Naples along with one of the most amazing Chefs in our local area. Cheff Anthony and his assistant Oscer AKA Chino Are Phenomenal pair, There could not have been a better partnership in a kitchen making magic happen when ever we arrive. Not only do we go out every night and dine in different restaurants Looking for experiences beyond the normal cliche of restaurants. We look for exceptional people who can give you an exceptional dining experience. With an exceptional experience in taste and satisfaction. As we journey through the restaurants and bars Of Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita springs, Esto FL Throw all the fanciness of popular names Of restaurant throughout the area somehow we keep coming back to this one little spot in Naples and Hitt Jackpot every time with these guys food. I would never send someone on a wild goose Chase only only to be disappointment at the end. This will not happen here.You will find an amazing crowd An amazing staff And amazing food. Step out of the norm and enjoy yourself at this little hole in the wall.
