Wendy's — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

Food was hot and tasted great only issue was I asked for chicken nuggets along with my burger. The nuggets were great..til I ate the last one, I can not have spicy or hot food..this was 1 of the plain nuggets that was spicy ..it hurt my throat and my inflamed tongue ( I'm in middle of treatments) so that was not happiness for me..the fries the burger ( with onion I requested left off ) was delicious..the drink was a coke" it would had been better if there was ice in my drink but in general. Very good. Hot..and fresh tasting.. I did have time to go online and order but I definitely recommend you get a Wendy's account..I've used mine many times for discounts..free food and points earned toward future orders. I say 5 star though I do wish I hadn't had the spicy ( and by the way if you like spicy..you'll be pleased) so I'll look forward to...

I arrived and entered the drive through line and waited over 20 minutes before I was able to place my order. There were only 5 vehicles in line ahead of me. I actually saw two vehicles leave the line. They were the smart ones. The black man at the window was extremely rude to me and became extremely argumentative when I asked him to repeat what I have ordered. It even appeared that he wanted to physically fight with me. Totally unbelievable! If this store cannot find qualified help, it should be closed permanently. It is not the first time that I have experienced bad customer service at this location. In addition to that the food was cold. Before moving to Florida, I lived in Ohio and always have had good experiences with Wendy's. I will...

Still waiting over 10 min past my pickup time for an order, (only 3 orders on board and 1 walk up) the staff are a hot mess, noone is knowing what each other is doing. Noone is wearing gloves, touching everything including cash register and touching food without washing hands or sanitizing. One lady keeps coughing all over the fries and wiping nose and touching fries and other food. One of the customers mentioned something to the manager about the poor hygiene and she made his order right away and gave it to him while the rest of us are still waiting and gonna get the germy food! I left without my order, no way and i eating...
