I understand customer service is hard, but being kind shouldnât be. I went today and spoke with Abby, she clearly was in a bad mood. I greeted her with a smile and a hello. I know working at Starbucks is hard especially in the holidays, I asked if she could use one of the reusable cups unknowing that she canât wash it but she did inform me and I understood but she came at it in a rude way, Before I could even ask if she could use the cup she cut me off saying she had to ring it up but it was in a very rude way and wouldnât let me speak. She made it very uncomfortable during the whole process, I didnât know when I could start ordering again and she was just staring at me. She made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by ordering. I had no intentions of stopping by Starbucks as I was just hoping to pick up some essentials for dinner from the grocery store; But am so glad I had the time to do so. Mads recommended a drink that I can now say is easily my favorite drink of all time. I am pretty picky, but she took the time to hold conversation with me, and made sure to come up with something she thought I would love. The drink was made quickly, and was delicious. She was sweeping the floor. When I went to ask if she could help me she seemed very frustrated over the fact that I asked her.
