Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Boonton

Ordered two sandwiches through Door dash and the bag was sealed and the receipt attached to the bag had both sandwiches listed but the terrible staff only put one sandwich in the bag. When called, the lady read the name of the order that they still had at the store and refused to help any further. Another staff member then got on the phone and also refused to help any further and was actually incredulous that I requested them to deliver the sandwich or help with DoorDash. They messed up, knew the order wasn't right and refused to help in any way. Terrible service.

Edit 6-14-2025: And they did it again. DoorDash order and they put mayo all over one sandwich that was supposed to have just oil and vinegar because I'm allergic to uncooked eggs. I was hesistant to go to Jersey Mikes again after my experience with the Middletown, NY location (you can find my review about that location by clicking my past reviews) BUT I am glad I came into the Boonton, NJ one. As I was walking in I saw a couple finish there food by the time I was standing in line they were already cleaning the tables. Everyone on their team was being utilized efficiently and effectively. Complete opposite of that other location. The staff were pleasant, professional, and make you want to come back again. Oh and the food was awesome as well. Awesome job guys!!! I'll be back!!!! Our local Boonton Jersey Mike’s opened about two years ago. We were beyond thrilled because we used to have to drive to Parsippany, and this location is about only one minute from our home. The young staff is always very welcoming and so friendly! They strike up conversations and are extremely comfortable speaking with customers. We usually order the Big Kahuna Chicken Cheesesteak and either the ham and provolone or roast beef and provolone subs on the INCREDIBLE rosemary parmesan bread (or in a bowl).
