Visit 7:23 pm, this date.Ordered Chicken sandwich, Roast beef sandwich, curly fries and crinkle fries. Ordered thru drive thru and WAITED 10 Minutes without ANY Updates at window or greeting; just the price.
Curly fries were barely warm, dried out and way past holding time. Crinkle fries were at least cooked FRESH - BUT, so Over Salted, they burned my lips (or what "salt" did they use?).
Now the sandwiches. BUNS WERE BURNT (see photos) Chicken sandwich bun the worst; INEDIBLE. Consumed ONLY chicken (maybe 2 oz) and 60% BREADING, we scraped off. Lettuce wilted, old and drenched in mayo.
Very Plain, Roast Beef PORTION pathetic...MORE BUN than beef and temperature questionably warm only.
Attempts to call store no use. Too far to drive back for corrections. Calls go to "full" voice mail! Maybe too many complaint calls?!
This was "Strike Three". Prior 2 visits were 3 months apart; 1st couldn't wait, poor service, no communication or apology for delays, never got food in 15 min., line past menu board and several drive off's noted...including me after 15 min, no food.
2nd visit was lunch hour; stayed in Dining Area (only way to verify order or, observe handling). This 3rd and LAST visit compels this prediction that owner is oblivious or doesn't care; and only reason to keep this LOSER location open, MAYBE, for being a tax write-off.
Use drive thru sparingly if at all. Best not to visit if you're the only customer in sight. Employee work ethic in a word, LAZY.
This is just one more of many eating establishments in Bossier-Shreveport with the most, God-Awful customer service, food quality and value proposition...the roads...
Read moreI couldn't make my comment until today due the fact that the entire situation made me sick. I decided to order from this Arby's because for one they were supposed to be opened. Google said they closed at 11 on Friday and Saturday's as well as the Arby's app said the same thing. It also let me order the food with no issue. I put in the order at 9:38 to 9:40. That would have gave me about 30 minutes to get to the location to pick up my food. I arrived at 10:05 to see the doors were already. Well that's fine the app did say if this was the case go to the drive through which I did. They had the lights on the sign of but there was someone in the location so I drove to the window. The man who was there said that they were already closed which should not have been the case and that they threw my food in the trash. Now I spent 17.38 on my order so I know this should have not been the case. Calmly I said ain't no way you're closed if Arby's app and Google says that you are open. I let the man know I was calling Arby's corporate to let them know that they closed early and that I just spent money on food that I had not received. The man got mad and had the nerve to slam the window hollering about reporting him. For clarification I did not say report him I said report the location. I still have yet to receive a refund for the food that I ordered that night but I did make a report because if you close at 11:00 pm you should close at 11:00 pm. I did not receive my food. I am still waiting...

Also, I definitely heard this cashier turn around and say, "What?" to somebody who walked up to the register after eating to ask for a box. After bringing out our food, she also sat near a table next to ours, tied her shoe, then got up and began complaining to us about this "day of firsts" including the fryer and shake machines breaking down.
She also managed to ring both of us up for the wrong shakes; this problem solved itself when the wrong shake for me was the right shake for the person I was with, and we were able to tell the cook who brought out this first wrong shake what it should be so that we both accidentally got the right shakes.
