Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bossier City

I love coffee and going to get some is a treat and a part of my day I really look to. This DD is close to my house and I’ve gone 4 times. 3/4 I’ve left disappointed. First time things went well barista recommended a drink smooth sailing. Second time no one would take my order at the speaker.. I drive to the window and they are confused and I just drive off. Third trip I placed an order via the app (will be deleting after this review) the order was cold breakfast sandwiches not good, donuts stale, drink was okay. Final trip today I walk in and I seemed like an inconvenience the guy looked like he was more worried about the drive through and this was at about 10:00. They were out of certain donuts and thats okay.. displays in the store were dirty and could’ve had something nice in them with the holidays approaching.. donuts were stale and just not good..probably has something to do with them being open to the air..This DD is in a good location and I hope their service, cleanliness, and just care for the customer improves. I’ll be driving across town to the other DD or Starbucks. I don’t recommend giving this...

To say upset would be an understatement honestly, I go to this location just about every day they recognize my face every time they see me, but there’s one employee who always has an attitude and never smiles today I ordered the same thing like always, and she cut off the employee that was speaking to me to intercom to ask me Lemonade or green tea. The drink I get does not have either in it but the way she spoke to me was like she was talking to me as if I was stupid believe it or not. I know exactly the ingredient that are in this drink. I make it at home when I’m not going to work. This location is in between my house and work so it’s convenient for me but today I literally had to go all the way down Kings Highway to the Duncan that way they are always polite and respectful and friendly. I've got to say. This location has the worst service. The people working here have no guidance, no structure. We waited 15 minutes before anybody even acknowledged we were there, and no they really were not that busy. A couple cars were utilizing the drive thru. We ordered, and waited for our food. I overheard them talking to each other and nobody started working on our order and it's been 6 minutes already. They finally got our order to us and we were missing the donut. We asked the lady if we could get that, and the lady used the excuse, " I didn't take your order soo.." I'm sorry but I've seen some bad service. But this location needs structure. Terribly.
