Griff's Hamburgers — Restaurant in Bossier City

My sister placed an order for me a double meat cheese burger with lettuce and mayo only! The manager John or Jon took the order! She noticed people who had come in after her was getting their orders and leaving! She approached the counter and said that she had been waiting for more than 15 minutes and had not received her order! So, they fixed an order and when I inspected the burger it had tomatoes, onions and the ends of the pickle that appeared to be paper or plastic! So I called back to the Griff's Hamburger and ask to speak to the manager! I spoke with said manager John and I'm not sure if that was a lady or a man, but she told me to bring the receipt back and they would replace the order! Well after asking my sister if she had the receipt she told me that they did not give her one! I tried to call back and they refused to answer the phone! Well, I don't know what's going on but that's bad business! I guess I'll tell my friends, family, social media friends, church members and acquaintances about our experience and start a campaign to not spend our hard earn money there! So I've been a very loyal customer of Griff's Hamburger s for most of my life. An I've always had great service and great food. Well this even after I worked a 14 he. Day. I wanted Griff's before I went home. I was very disappointed with the service that was available to me tonight. When placing my order I had to repeat myself three times. And the the order that was read back to me was still wrong. An when I had to sit in line for almost 20 min Before the line moved. Then when I got to the window the lady at the window. Was very rude. And argumentative. After asking her to read my order back to me once more to make sure it was correct. This manager. Was just as rude and unconcerned about her demener and lack of customer Care. Food quality was wonderful. Been coming to this Griff's and the second location in Shreveport since a kid. There was a period recently(before the pandemic) where it seemed like they had bad employees. Food quality was ok then it took a nosedive and orders would come out wrong or missing items as it seemed so much hell was going on behind the counter. I witnessed for myself an employee repeatedly antagonize another employee till they snapped. I don't know how the employee being bullied kept their cool still even after being antagonized like that but they told everyone keeping up the mess off. It seems all the foolishness that was going on has ceased. I hope management can continue to keep a harmonious environment. The previous one was uncomfortable as a paying customer.
