Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Boston

Worst chipotle I ever been to. Your better off going to the other burrito spot on the same block. I told the lady last night I wanted a bowl. I told the lady I would like beef. She takes a spoonful of the steak and wiggles half the steak off and only gives me half a spoonful. She gave me half a spoonful of beef. I told her can I have a little more. I know managers tell employees to be stingy with the meat portion so I don't make a big deal.. She told me would you like double? I told her I just want a bit more. (Apparently they were running low on the steak from what I can see.) Usually I get served a generous spoonful of steak. I'm paying more for steak.. She goes and take her spoon and picks up 1 small piece of steak, then drops it on my bowl. Yes you read that correct. She picked up one small piece of steak with her spoon and dropped it on my bowl. I simply walked out of the store without saying a thing. I went to Amelia's Taqueria on the same block. They actually gave me a full generous spoonful of steak with no issues, didn't charge me for guacamole, and I paid for a small drink and they gave me a large! No wonder this place was packed with the phone ringing non stop. At chipotle it was completely empty, nothing...

If I could 0 I would. Ordered my food for pickup and waited an hour in store for it and it never was finished. There were legit 20+ other people waiting for their meals too. I patiently waited in line to ask and they said they couldn’t find my slip. I said no big deal and I was just going to order it again in the line and call to get a refund in the morning for the order they had yet to fill. I asked for a salad bowl and the man helping me realizes he’s out of salad at the station next to him so he starts to walk across to the end of the line and WITH HIS FOOD GLOVES ON HE PULLS HIS MASK DOWN SCRATCHES HIS NOSE THEN PULLS IT BACK UP AND THEN PROCEEDS TO GRAB MY LETTUCE. IM ALL SET. I kindly told them I was all set and walked out. I hope the people behind me left too after hearing me.

I felt unsafe and threatend by the cashier who wasn't simply rude, she became confruntational. I complained to the manager and his response was understandable but still frustrating: "I know she has a horrible attitude and you arent the first person to complain but she is like that and the matter is in the hands of the store manger... I don't know why he doesnt fire her." Why should I pay to be intimidated while I sit down and eat just because that employee wants to clean and mop the store when the store isn't closed yet but you want me to leave anyway? Not only that but to stand in front of me with her friend and shout from across the dinning hall to her fellow coworkers and talk about me and insult me in another language that they assumed I couldn't understand was humiliating and shameful. It wasnt just one person, it was the entire crew working thia shift. This store manager needs to rehire the crew. I wonder if the founders of chipotle would be happy to hear how this crew disrespects everything the founders worked...
