I've had good experiences here in the past, but apparently they aren't staffing appropriately - the last two times I've tried to stop in, no one's been there during their purported open hours. Once there were two of us standing at the counter waiting for 5+ minutes with no staff presence, today there was a note on the door explaining when they'd be back. I'd think that a business that has to rely on drop in business would want to prioritize catching those walk-in customers, but apparently management has other priorities. Makes me less likely to stop by in the future, which is disappointing!
ETA: of course existing staff should get their meal and other breaks. It's a management decision to not staff appropriately to accommodate those - and I won't support a business that is persistently putting their staff in...

I had no 5 more minutes because I really had to go back to my work, so I asked the refund. He tried to do the refund, but he couldn’t figure out how to, so he said he would make one for me. Read moreThe tea was okay. However, I personally had 2 bad experiences out of the 10-15 times I ordered there. One time the tea wasn't sealed properly. I put the tea in my bag to avoid drinking outside due to the covid. But within a short walk, half of the tea spilled all over my leather bag so I had to blow dry the bag. They also had a system error in their app today where the Brighton location disappeared and orders placed on the app were directed to the Allston location. No replacement order could be made, phone was not picked up at Allston, and there was no way to get the refund. This happened to another customer in the store for pickup as well. The probability of getting the service error is too high for me. I may not consider ordering...
