Is it 20A minute? One of many times I've been in this particular store and I've always had a problem period I took some pictures of the person that didn't speak English. He spoke French, and I had a friend with me who also spoke French. So that's the only reason why I knew what he was saying to his co-workers. The main person who was taking the order we had a little difficulty was not his fault. I was having a problem in the app period the man who wasn't supposed to be talking to me, he, which was dealing with the dough, making the pizzas, was very rude, making some. He thought funny comments about me to some female workers, which I understood exactly what he said once. My friend told me what he said. I knew he said something smart because he was mean mugging me looking stupid. When I was having a problem with the app, but the other gentleman. But this dude said some real hideous. Inappropriate things about me in his own language and my friend. Who was there with me told me? And I'm just telling you that the service was horrible. The Pizza ended up being okay pretty good. Read moreBAD SERVICE!!! Management at this place is a joke. I ordered food two hours ago on Sunday and had to drive all the way to the store location to demand a refund. But before I drove there I called the store numerous times and they would either lie to me or not pick up the phone altogether. When I finally got there the employees were extremely rude and started calling me out of my name in Spanish. But little did they know I'm also from a Spanish speaking country. By the amount of negative reviews this place is well on their way out of business for bad service.
Update: I requested a refund Sunday 2/25 and its Friday 3/1 and I still have not received anything. I cant tell if they also lied to me about giving me the refund in the first place. But I will sure be back to give another update.
Final Update: The manager at this place straight up lied to my face and was pretending to give me a refund while in reality she never initiated. I had to waste more of my time calling the bank to report the transaction as fraud so I could get my money back. I finally got the credit. I also filed a complaint with the states attorneys office. My order was wrong AND I needed someone to explain how a coupon of $19.99 was used but my order was $30 but before taxes and delivery it still was $26??? Does this make sense?? When I called I was placed on hold by a female for 5mins. Hung up but had to call back 2 more times just to get thru...now a male answers the phone sounding aggravated and not customer centric. I still ask for a manager but was disappointed to find out he was the manager...here we go....based on how he sounds I had no hope to be honest. When I asked why I was on hold for so long and why I had to call back 2 more times, he responded by saying "you didn't have to hang up, but I'm busy"!! 1st of all I'm not your friend calling, I'm a customer calling to talk to a manager. so i wondered how can he be of ANY help to me with his current tone and attitude.
