When I first moved in Roxbury I used to order from them at least twice a week, great amazing place, fast and the pizza was hot, but Probably the person who rant the store before left, my last three times ordering from this place they have me pulling my hair, I literally just order my regular 2 handmade pan, garlic sauce pizzas and chicken wings, again my usual, I waited 1:30 hours to get only the very cold pizzas and Jorge the delivery driver he said he forgot my wings, that he had to go to store and be right back, I said fine, I called the store to tell them that I wanted something to compense my waiting and very poor customer service, they said they would send a pizza, yet there is 12:48 am and I’m still waiting for my pizza, after calling 3 times given the same speech, they haven’t been able to throw some pepperoni slices into some dough and send it to my house along with the wings I already paid for, they placed me on hold and after coming back they answer with “thank you for calling back, how can I help you” come on people! Read moreThis location is busy only because of its location. I ordered pick up and the first thing I noticed was the mess. They remade my pizza 3 times and each time they left off some toppings. I watched the staff all keep opening the first box of pizza made wrong. When I asked about it they claimed they threw it away. Do they not get an employee meal? Why are they wasting customers time just to eat the wrongly made pizza?? One of the employees looked at me like she wanted to fight and only stopped when I said something about her looking at me like I did something to her. I then told them to give me a refund and I don’t want the food. If they are tampering with food I will not be the one to find out. The manager is definitely stealing money. I paid in cash and he tried to tell me my refund will be back on my card in so many days. I had to yell at this guy for him to give me my cash back. I never gave him a card. Read moreWorst experience. Order was placed on Dominos app. Order didn’t arrive at all.I called the check status, someone picked up and hung up, called back placed on hold for 25 minutes. In checking the status on the dominos app indicated the order was delivered it wasn’t (Lie #1) I hung up called back to have a girl tell me that after the 1 hour the driver was just leaving, ( Lie #2) to informing dominos if you’re driver is just leaving why is the app saying my food was delivered? I was placed on hold, and then told the driver attempted to deliver, but couldn’t get a hold of anyone ( Lie# 3). I told them that nothing that they’re saying is true, and I don’t want the food. I ask for “manager” for an explanation, and one why was I kept on hold for all that time? I also recognized his voice, he apologized, and secondly why lie about the delivery status? No explanation at all. The “manager” was very dismissive stated “you get a refund 3 to5 days” and hung up. This store has no social grace, no phone etiquette, no professionalism, and no standards.
