My wife and I just had the worst experience probably of our lives at this establishment. It’s Halloween night and after a long day with the kids we decided to order delivery. Well… three items were either incorrect or poor quality, and one item was missing. I called the store to ask for the correct prder to be delivered. I was told there wasn’t a manager and to call back in the morning for a refund. After a little back and forth I was asked to hold for a manager… after a lengthy hold of at least 5 mins I was told she (the closing manager) was in the bathroom and would be with me soon… after another lengthy hold a woman came on but could not communicate with me over the phone. I told her I would just go there, even though we already paid for delivery bc we didn’t have a car at the moment, and she proceeded to hang up on me. When we arrived at the restaurant with our three year old as we couldn’t leave her home alone, the manager had nothing but an attitude and short answers, as if we did something wrong or were inconveniencing her from a mistake that her team made. She refused to remake the whole order and only remade what was wrong so we had to settle for cold products. The item that was forgotten was left on a table and when I told her what was left out she grabbed the old product and tossed it on the counter. When my wife asked her why she was aggressive and rude to us for a mistake they made she proceeded to argue with my wife and the confrontation escalated to the point the manager used vulgarity in front of our daughter and dismissed us from the store saying “have a good night” and “BYE!” repeatedly. When my wife asked for her name she responded that her name is “BYE”. We paid delivery to pick up our own order and had a very nasty and unprofessional experience with a memeber of the management team to top it off. We are shocked, appalled & disgusted & will escalate this because at no time should an employee of any company, especially a manager, engage in aggressive and vulgar confrontation with a paying customer especially when they have an issue. She gave me an attitude at the counter and waved me off when we were discussing replacing the food. Disgusting...
Read moreShould have 0 stars. The pizza showed up cold. We ordered Coke and Dr. Pepper. We got incorrect beverages in their place. When I called to try to get the problem solved I didn't complain about the cold pizza, I was mostly concerned with the beverages. I calmly told the person on the other side of the line that I needed either the beverages I ordered or I needed a refund. She said they were out of Coke and Dr. Pepper and insisted it was fine that she sent us other beverages. I said it was not fine, as we wouldn't be drinking them. She said she'd have to back the whole transaction out and then put it back in and that she couldn't just refund the beverages that weren't delivered. I said "Yes please, I'd like you to do that." She then said she wouldn't because she'd sent us some soda. I said I didn't want it and that I'd never drink it and I didn't want to pay for it, because it was basically garbage to me. She then said she'd need to get someone with more authority (I can't remember how she phrased it, she said she was a manager but that she couldn't do it.) She said that I was being "so rude" and tried to tell me she was going to (something mumbled). I said I wasn't being rude and she should be trying to help me instead of making excuses. She then put me on hold. After some time I hung up.
I didn't think it was worth my time to sit on the line for two sodas. The friend I was having dinner with, however, was livid. She decided it was worth her time to try to get the sodas or our money back, so she called again. The same person answered the phone, telling my friend that she had to take care of a customer inside the store instead of helping us and putting us on hold. My friend was upset enough at the whole situation that she got dressed in her winter clothes and we walked (in 35 degree temperature) to the store location where we basically repeated the same information we told them several times already, finally...

This place needs some SERIOUS CHANGES - I was tracking my order on the website and it went from quality control to delivered and asking me to complete an online experience survey. I went to my door and waited for 25mins while making several attempts (12x) to call the store but the call would ring 1x and hang up the food never arrived when I asked the staff at the store why would a driver mark an order delivered if he still hadn't or was 3orders behind the response was that's what the system does to get the drivers out "we only have 1 driver" that should be stated - that the order would take longer then usual times because of shortage of drivers & large order amounts but DONT TELL YOUR CUSTOMER WHO'S been waiting for 45mins for an order that was marked delivered & 25mins later still NO FOOD I had to cancel my order because the staff at the store said several times he'll be at your house in a few minutes, is anyone home😳😶 instead of calling the driver to find out what happened - I went to Burger King and will order from another Dominos or Pizza Shop before I order from Old Colony Dominoes...
