I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt because I like to see new spots like this open up in the city. However, not sure I can justify it since the prices are a bit out of control for one hour rent time and the location is horrific, meaning just logistics wise getting here and where the location sits. I went here for an event and I thought it was a cool concept, indoor Pickle Ball courts, a few bars, food etc. The place is pretty large, sits inside what looks like an old warehouse or artists space. There are 3 courts and the place has shuffleboard and cornhole as well (not sure they needed it) and there are other private spaces for gatherings and two large bars. The food here is decent, lots or plays on bar food and good selection of cocktails and beer etc. The staff is cool, friendly. The bad part is parking is non existent here, you either park on main road and risk getting towed because it says 2 hour but that really means 30 minutes, or you risk parking on resident only side streets of Southie which is not going to work. There are no nearby available lots, garages, I get that most will take public transportation here, but there are nearby T stations and the whole hassle of that piece is messy and shouldnt have to be. Prices are a bit extreme and couple that with the hassle of parking and Ill skip the...

First things first. The place looks really dope, spacious, yet cozy and clean. I believe they also had a merch there, which I think that's awesome to help branding your bussines. Drinks were good. Only had a few issues. The chicken tenders I ordered were smooshy, drenched in this Carolina Sauce, Luke warm, and I couldn't expect to be crispy because of the sauce bathing but maybe I wasnt wrong. I did see how the tenders looked on TV which actually was where I saw on the TV Show "Phantom Gourmet" so decided to give a try. Nobody also knew what the show was, OR that this place was featured on it. All the staff people I interacted with had no clue about it. Food came out and I waited for about 10 minutes to get utensils. The male Bartender that was serving me at the time never gave me them. A female staff came to the bar area and I had to ask her for them and mentioned I was waiting for that long. She did apologize and get them right away. She was super nice, as my male Bartender was not bad either but that part. Other staff members were on the other side of the bar and didn't even noticed I was without the utensils either. I will give another shot because maybe I just came on a bad day for the kitchen and...

Planned a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend here. We had an amazing time, the food was great, the server was top notch (everyone wanted to be her best friend and we didn’t want to leave because of her). Highly suggest the bacon appetizer 🤤 they were packed for reservations so we didn’t get to do cornhole, but had a good time in our section and they even brought out a bottle of champagne with sparklers. Definitely going back. The one small thing- made the reservation so we could be there for the Live music - the music was insanely loud, but that was more on the band than PKL. We asked them to turn it down and they did by a touch but the singers that night were determined to holler blow out eardrums. Loved their music selection and they were even talented but they definitely couldn’t read the room cause everyone was backing away from...

A great concept of the super popular sport of pickleball. I would consider this more of a bar that happens to have pickleball / shuffle board / corn hole. Overall it is a fun time and the cocktails are fun and delicious, the Post Malone does not disappoint. The food program could use some work, the concept of shareables is good but the portions leave a lot to be desired for the price point. I would love to see some kind of tournaments or leagues in the future to spark some friendly competition with a good beer after.
