Covet — Local services in Boston

I've been shopping and consigning at Covet South Boston since the very beginning. The owner has fabulous style and really has done a wonderful job developing the business. She has helped me personally select dresses for galas year after year. I love being greeted by Olive the adorable chihuahua am so happy to see a 3rd location opening. My only feedback is that now that she is not there every day the level of service has diminished. The girls working there when not supervised are complacent, barely greet customers and don't offer any assistance. They basically sit behind the counter talking and going through new inventory. Although they have very nice and unique pieces with middle average prices yet most of the sizes are small. Once I entered the shop there was a small puppy going around the shop and he started shouting at me. I thought the seller will pick him up immediately but she kept saying: she is nice she is nice and didn't bother her self to come and pick it. I was almost about to leave the store if he didn't go away but very soon he entered the management office and the door was closed so I did continue shopping easily. I don't think this is accepted specially that there are people who are not familiar with pets and this is a public shop not private house where they should...

I’ve shopped and consigned at Covet many times since moving to Boston, years ago! The staff is always friendly, positive, and helpful! The clothes and accessories are always in great condition, current with trends, and affordable.

Also, since quarantine has been in place Covet has made edits to their platform to make it extremely easy to purchase products. Their social media presence is smartly done, and they answer all questions about items quickly.
