I wish I could not give any stars..
I placed an order to be delivered to a business. We have hungry healthcare professionals. After more than an hour had passed we checked the tracker and it stated that the order had been delivered. No order had been received. I called the store and the employee who answered the phone stated that the order was indeed delivered. I disagreed. He then proceeded to put a different employee on the phone who also stated that the order was delivered. She said that the driver sat in the car and called the number listed on the order multiple times and when we didn't answer he left. I asked why would the ordered be marked as delivered if it was not delivered. She place the phone down and I could hear her talking to her coworkers in the background. She then came back to the phone and attempted to argue that the driver does not drive a Dominos branded vehicle and that he called and since there was no answer he left. I posed the question of why it was not actually delivered, meaning, brought to the door, as we paid for the delivery fee and indicated on the order that we wanted a traditional delivery. NOT CONTACTLESS. The employee stated over and over that she would cancel the order. I expressed that I ordered to eat not to pay for someone to call me and leave with my food. The main issue I had is that by no means did the delivery driver make the effort to "DELIVER" my order. Any other establishment that delivers will bring the food to the door at least. My business is not a small place. It sits on the main road and has a large marque with large glass doors. The employee refused to provide her name or managers name and proceeded to hang up after stating "never to call back here again". This by far was the WORST experience I have ever had from a Dominoes. Read moreI wish I could post negative stars because this was the absolute worst experience I have had. Ordered online at 1am, waited until 2:45am, checked the tracker and it said my order was delivered “hope you’re enjoying”. Obviously I did not get my order so I tried calling the store but of course as anyone who has tried calling this location knows- that was useless. I stayed on the line until about 3:15 and then decided to give up figuring everyone just left. I woke up and called the store again the next morning at around 11. I called 15 times until the manager finally responded. Call # 11-14 he instantly picked the phone up and hung up on me. So I kept calling until finally he said “hello?” Not even greeting me or saying it’s dominos. I asked to speak to the manager and he said “im the manager” and I let him know my situation and again, no apologies or even a kind tone in his voice. He asked me what the drivers name was (and again was talking to me very condescendingly, almost mocking me). I said I think it was _ (I couldn’t remember the drivers name and I didn’t take a screenshot of it. All I had was my order number they send you on your email.) he says “you THINK? I’m gonna need that information if you want me to help you” literally mocking me and speaking so rudely for absolutely no reason. I said I had my order number, my phone number, the literal screenshot of the screen saying “mmm it’s there. Hope you’re enjoying your meal” etc. Absolute trash manager. Should not be working there and do not understand how and why this store is still open when no one answers the phone, no one treats their customers with respect and no one even attempts to be useful. Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. I have an update from my previous review. EVEN MORE UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED. I can't even begin to express my disappointment with this Domino's location. After my experience last night, it is the second time in 2 months where they cancelled my order or simply did not deliver it!!!! The first time I complained and was offered a free pizza. I tried to redeem it last night and was told it would arrive in 40 minutes. An hour later it had not arrived. I called the store and the manager explained there was a delay because the delivery person's car broke down, and I should expect my order to be delivered within 5 minutes. I had waited an hour and a half when I decided to call back again and the line was busy. Called 10 minutes later and was put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. I never received a call back or any explanation, let alone my ORDER. They better do something to make this right, because at this point I am never returning to Domino's.
