3:58 pm Thursday, July 11 Be prepared to wait a very long time for your simple beverage order, and in the company of the passive/aggressive, ignorant barista. Perhaps she might be more successful at delivering an iced green tea within 25 minutes of wait time if she wasn’t so busy chatting up her jesus looking buddies as if she was a Starbucks patron versus an employee. Waiting for an iced green tea while 8 people having ordered after me were served, she then realizes they are almost out of green tea & must brew it. She communicates that will take a few mins. Fast forward at least 5 minutes, I told her to make a black iced tea instead as I’m out of time. She decided to challenge me and says “I told you we had to brew it!” Excuse me?? You said it would be a few minutes. She then rudely says it takes 5-10 minutes. Would have been helpful if she had mentioned the fact she was out of green tea before serving every drink order placed after mine, or before I decided to wait the “few minutes “ to brew. When I suggested that to her she says she needs to make the hot drinks before the cold. Regardless of the fact that makes zero sense, not a one of the drinks served in the past 25 mins were hot. To top off this delightful experience she barks at me “your welcome!” as she hands me my replacement iced black tea. C’mon Starbucks, realize unemployment is low these days, but have you zero standards at all?? My dog has...
Read moreI have been a regular customer at this location, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. On March 6, 2025, around 7:00 PM, I asked the male barista at the counter if the restroom was available. He said yes, but only for customers. I responded that it was not an issue, as I planned to purchase something after using the restroom. He then allowed me to proceed.
While I understand store policies, the way I was treated felt unwelcoming and disrespectful, especially as a loyal customer. It made me feel undervalued and unappreciated. A business should recognize and respect its regular patrons rather than making them feel like outsiders. This experience left a very bad impression, and I will seriously reconsider...
Read moreLove Starbucks, but this time was a funny experience. Ordered a Mango dragonfruit refresher, and the barista heard me wrong and gave me a pineapple refresher, which I didn’t want. They remade a mango dragonfruit for me but it didn’t have any freeze dried dragonfruit in it and the color was not red/ pink, they just put the syrup and filled it with water so it literally looks yellow. I though I got the wrong drink again, but at that point I didn’t feel like asking him to remake the order a third time, kinda disappointed, that’s why I don’t like walking in to order my drinks. Edit: went home and chopped up some fresh red dragon fruit and made the...
