I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, I was met with attitude rather than a greeting. When I asked a simple question about the menu, the employee responded in a dismissive and impatient tone, as if I was bothering them.
Instead of providing good customer service, they seemed more interested in chatting with each other and rushing through orders without any courtesy. No eye contact, no “please” or “thank you,” and certainly no attempt to make the customer feel welcome.
I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this seemed more like a pattern of poor behavior even with my kids . If management cares about keeping customers, they should really address how the staff treats people.Plus How they can hire a Mother and daughter in same place not helping the situation at all even make it worst because its becomes personal.
I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it unless there are serious improvements in staff training...

Not only was the service slow, but I did not get what I ordered. Nor was I notified I would not be receiving it. Had another customer not overheard the workers say they were out of hot chocolate, we likely would not have been notified. We had to go back to the cashier who wasn't capable of offering a refund (he stated he didn't know how.) As we do not drink coffee and that was the only other beverage we were offered, we wasted money on additional donuts we didn't need, or want, and a crappy experience. Read moreCashier was extremely rude. Her name was Violette C. (per the reciept I kept for this very purpose). She ignored my coffee order, and just tried to ring me up for a water. When I asked if she heard my coffee order her response was "I don't know what you want," with an eyeroll. I repeated my order, she rang it up, told me the total then walked away when I tried to pay her in cash. I proceeded to use my credit card, then she starts screaming "I'm coming, I said I was coming," as the machine started beeping. To make things worse, the coffee wasn't even good.
