The only thing great about this dunkin donut was the young man sonny behind the register he was pleasant and accommodating. On the other hand the Hispanic supervisor was rather rude he asked if anyone was picking up or wanted coffee. I spoke up and said yes 👍 1 ice 🧊 coffee hazelnut with 3 shots of caramel and 4 shots of almond milk 🥛 when he handed it to me I whirled it around to see if light the way I drink it, it wasn't so I asked if he could pore some coffee up he just dumped a drop of almond milk which spilled over was so flabbergasted with him. He caterer to the Caucasian customers like no tomorrow and I turned to one and said I should have said light almost white and he would've got it right fair to say it was flat not to my liking. Depending how I feel just may take my receipt and go up there to get a free coffee ☕. If heavy set supervisor with ponytail can't caterer about 35ish all his customers 😒 he shouldn't represent the company totally bad business and in addition when I ordered the coffee I asked him for coffee cake muffin with butter he says I just said coffee, how about he say nothing and let people at register take the order for people in line. Someone should tell corporate. Only reason I stopped here was convenient to the college I attend in the area. Lousy service, all but the African young man by the name of sonny who made my day. Other than that I give this place no stars if possible. Sonny get a 5 because customer service goes a long way when accommodating customer at your place of business. This place is off of Tremont Street in mission hill area less than 2 minute walk from Roxbury Crossing orange line stop. Go to next closest I recommend would be better service is nubian square compared to the one in Brigham circle which customer service and supervisor there is rude as well and lack customer service on Tremont Street in hospital district less than 7 to 10...

I've never in my life written a bad review but i visited this dunkin donuts after visiting the 684 american legion highway location in roslindale and getting a coffee. I ordered a caramel swirl coffee and got some kind off coconut thing. Usually them messing up my coffee order would not merit a bad review. Let's be honest this kind of thing happens pretty often. Not abig deal. The problem here is that i asked this l location to please fix it, which at EVERY OTHER location I've ever gone to to ask my coffee be corrected they have always done with a smile. Instead at this location they proceeded to tell me they couldnt do it because it was not from this dunkin donuts and if i wanted them to fix it i would have to but a whole other coffee. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! The only reason this review doesn't get 1 start is because the employee that addressed this was pprofessional and as reasonable as can be expected in the situation.

Absolutely not impressed! Whoever owns this franchise and/or enforces this protocol is not a team player and therefore not a good representation of the dunkin...

This place has lacked customer service skills overall But now even the manager lacks customer service she doesn’t know how to address people properly At 8:37 in the morning she asks someone do they have a mask , the gentleman goes no I do not do you have one I can use , she then states I am not your mother My order consisted of an order of hash browns when I looked in the bag their was no ketchup I then ask Can I have ketchup She then ignorantly saids please and thankyou That’s very unprofessional not only was the conversation unprofessional but her way of speaking is just not the customer service you would think you would receive from a manager
