I would give one star but the people are nice so Iāll give two.
Do NOT go here unless you have plenty of extra time to spend waiting when thereās maybe two other people in the store. Iāve waited nearly 20 minutes on multiple occasions for a PLAIN BAGEL when it was practically dead in there. Even if I give myself 15 mins to wait inside, Iām STILL late to work. This blows my mind since I used to live next to an extremely busy dunkin with 4 employees in the tiny store and Iād only ever wait 5-7 minutes for a perfectly correct order.
My order is basically ALWAYS wrong or missing items. Once or twice, fine, but Iād say itās almost 90% of the time. If it IS right, itās usually because I had to remind them beforehand after Iāve already been waiting for 5-10 mins for one simple thing. Itās almost like they have no record of mobile orders at allāmost times they have to ask you again what the order was, then they take their sweet time making it and itās not even good.
My food is burnt at over half of the times I order. My hashbrowns will be dark and rock hard, my bagel is nearly black, and when I get sandwiches they are too stiff to even bite.
I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I just canāt take any more of this. Like I said, the people are kind, but I canāt go here anymore. I would stay away...

While ordering with her she called who Iām assuming is the manager a bigger lady with two braids who is black over to help her input my order which was an everything bagel toasted with butter on it and cream cheese on the side. As I get my order, they are putting butter packets into my bag which led me to say āoh the butter was supposed to be on itā the lady who Iām assuming is the manager and the guy at the cooking machines with the over due braids looked me dead in my face .. the guy said āit says on the sideā then pushed the bag back to me and walked away. I said ācan you please do it over and put butter on itā. That would've been her cue to say āno i put this order in and its butter on it .. do it over pleaseā. Instead, neither of them said anything in response and continued helping other customers. I waited a bit and then repeated the question. The lady who again Iām assuming is the manger said āyou have to wait until we are done with people who were after youā bad customer service. She was making faces at her regulars just because of the situation thinking I wouldnāt peep but I did. All in all .. they did the bagel over and still didnāt put the butter on it. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy reviews are based solely on mobility impairment handic accessibility and this particular shop is difficult because it does not have double doors, and there's no ramp that is anything like it should be and it was blocked by ice. This is surprising and the crosswalk is often blocked+ by police officers, fire trucks etc at that!!! I hope this location improve its services for people that are handicapped because so many of our veterans are struggling with mobility impairment and I feel strongly about them.after all this sacrifice the last thing they need is not to be able to get into their coffee shop because of police officer is blocking the sidewalk and is in line 10 people back!on one of the days I walked in and with a loud voice I said whoever owns the police cruiser that is blocking the sidewalk could you please move it as there is a man in a wheelchair trying to get across! ( True story) that officer looked absolutely embarrassedand when he came out, I told him that I had blocked even about 1/4 of a foot of the cross walk and then threatened by the police to get a $150 fine and I was live parking watching for handicapped peopleand that's no excuse, and it was many years ago, I have become enlightened since then...
