What this place needs is real management. I drive down from New York every day to check up on my small business. I always come here. Need that coffee! The other day I see this Spanish kid working there. Looked sharped! Shirt tucked in. Very nice. Fast. Accurate. He looked bothered so I asked him what was wrong?, and he said “ I apologize! It’s just my manager is never around the assistant tries to bully everyone and don’t do anything no one speaks English and they always yelling and being hostile and the only one that brings me sanity when she is here don’t come in for another 3 hours and she is pregnant. 6 people on only two are working. No tours, no introduction, no prep, no instructions, no training, kids are slow and anti social, my first day here I was being belittled because I knew nothing. My second day I was supposed to be with two other people I was alone. Was here at 3:30am didn’t give me the alarm code so cops showed up. Didn’t know where the light switch was the emergency door was at nor the alarm panel. Then I get yelled at at 7am by the assistant manager upon arrival because I didn’t open the store and she couldn’t open the register because some assistant didn’t know the cashier number then trash wasn’t taking out the night before they didn’t pay me from 3:30am after asking me to be here at 3:30 they paid me from 4am they called the big big boss Irene a bunch of times at 7am to get register numbers, the sandwich monitor don’t work the printers don’t work some times the cash register don’t work they just know the prices by heart, food is expired and they don’t order you supplies and force you to pay 15 dollars for a requirement part of your uniform witch is a Dunkin shirt to work at Dunkin. I’m just so embarrassed and so overwhelmed In anger and humiliation that I’m just holding back my tears. All this for less than 13.50 minimum after taxes isn’t worth it!” I felt so bad for that brother. I was looking forward to seeing him again but he gone! It’s ashamed. There was something special about that young man but they just wouldn’t cherish, valued, nor show interest to keep such a...
Read moreHonestly, wonderful. I was peacefully working for hours during a rain storm. Not only is the customer service authentic and genuine, just in my experience there are constant regulars! We spoke about how people compare "Dunkin to Dunkin" and how some people just don't make it the same. Definitely made with love. The two great people that work there have a consistent schedule. They do it for fun, seriously. This is just to enjoy some interaction. . Sometimes I am a little too in to Human rights. I felt much better when the Fella explained why he gets a little anxious there, this is a drug riddled COUNTRY, and he always makes sure no funny business goes on. Ha, he was saying how alleged customers have gotten mad about it, but they keep coming...
Read moresince the very first moment Bose started talking you could tell she wasn't having a good day but decided to ignore it. When she called me to get my order I noticed she gave me an extra drink and I told her, but she said my friend ordered it so I took it, by the time she realized she made a mistake she starts yelling at me asking me in the rudest way why I took the drink and asking for it back and I would have give it back but that's not the way you approach a mistake you made in the first place with your costumers. She was LOUD about it and blaming it in on us. So rude, so disrespectful, very awkward moment ..not a great way to start my day 👎 never...
