I went there this afternoon with my kid and my friend. Right away, it was welcoming and the lady at the front brought my toddler paper and crayons to color. Kept coming back to interact with us and teach my kid little drawings. The food itself, was soooo packed with flavor I almost died at first bite. The beef tips came with salad and i meant to post a picture...but just had to dig in. It came with a platter of soft pancake-like bread perfect for eating with hands.. Like you are supposed to! Also not vegetarian, but had to keep tasting things off my friend's and himself being a warm Ethiopion he left me lol. Beyond delicious! Will be one of my regular spots. I’m ethiopian myself and have been to many other Ethiopian restaurants around the area and the food at Ethiopian cafe was fresh, quick, and delicious at reasonable price. They are super attentive to your dietary restrictions and will accommodated to your needs. The customer service was great and the restaurant was clean. We received only 2 glass of waters for 3 people at the table and noone ever bothered to bring the missing one. It took very long time to have our appetizers served. The mango juice and giner tea did not arrive until after the main meal, and a prompt about them was needed. Finally, two meals were mistakenly added to our bill and it took long minutes to sort it out.
