Food Wall Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Boston

Hello I've ordered from here for many many years and I've noticed a massive change over the years from receiving good food for a good price well cooked no complaints. But since 2018 their food is going horribly bad I've experienced raw and uncocked food, food poisoning multiple times and my order has been messed up as well. I've come to a point starting today at 10:37pm 2/8/19 that I am never ordering from here ever again they've lost their ways and I highly recommend anyone who's passing by or planning on ordering from there to reconsider because you are going to be disappointed frustrated and even annoyed. They've attempted to cheat their way of refunding my money multiple times and some times it worked one example is I've ordered food one day because I was extremely hungry that day but they messed it up and it was uncooked as well so I called them and wanted a refund the lady picked up and acted like she was extremely busy but she wasn't. One of my friends passed by there saying it was empty inside and nobody was in the place. Another time I ordered and same thing happened to me I wanted a refund and they took almost 4 hours long me being hungry I decided to cancel the refund and I decided to eat it to not starve. I highly recommend to never eat here ever. They've lost a customer who's been ordering...

I have frequently ordered and purchased my meals here.What I have noted is that the quality of the dishes prepared have been on the decline. The unique flavors are still there but the quantity of key ingredients in certain dishes have certainly been much reduced. To illustrate, unfortunately for me, I ordered Seafood Delight which was described to contain lobster, scallops and large shrimp etc. The lobster pieces turned out to taste like gummy, gooey pieces of logs, with nary the distinct flavor of lobster, and one tiny piece of scallop in the entire package that was purchased. My family and I suspect that we were served artificial lobster that looked strikingly like lobster meat!!!! I also ordered Chicken and String Beans. My family and I ended up with a large box of stir fried string bans with miniscule amounts of tiny pieces of chicken scattered in the dish! Very disappointing that this once fine Take-Out restaurant would go the route of serving the trusting public with artificial seafood products and cheat on food...

Not gonna lie if lived in Boston I would save this food for tomorrow. It’s a lot of food for one person. It’s a great value and a good bang for your buck BUT also very good. I can’t give it 5 stars exactly but since there’s no 4.5 I need to give it 5 because while very good I’ve had better cheap Chinese. It’s still a place I’d go to again if I’m in the area.

I needed a place opened late and this was the only place I could find in the neighborhood. It was a god send and now hopefully I won’t wake up hungover tomorrow. Overall it’s very good, the owner/worker? Is nice and I really enjoyed the food and you get your hang for your buck.
