Extremely disappointed with my experience. I’ve ordered here a few times they have messed up my order before but not at this magnitude. I ordered for pickup around 4:30pm I ordered a steak and shrimp burrito as well as a steak quesadilla. I arrived at 5:08pm to pickup my order and it was not ready yet. I gave them 30+ minutes and it wasn’t ready. Finally around 5:30 pm, the order was ready and when I got home to give my kids their food. All the things I paid extra for were not in my order. There was no shrimp in the burrito, there was no guac on the side (of both orders), and there was no pico de gallo or sour OR hot sauce. My kids had to eat dry food for dinner that wasn’t even hot! I usually wouldn’t let things like this bother me but I paid 48 dollars for my order and for all these things that cost extra to be missing especially when I waited a whole hour for my order leaves me very frustrated and disappointed in the lack of service. Absolutely disappointed… I ordered “quesabirria tacos” they were NOT birria tacos.. sloppy, not crunchy, barely full with any meat, cheese, onions, or cilantro. They were soft and soggy… not a crisp in sight MIND you I opened it and ate in my car SO THEY WOULDNT get soggy. Never, ever, again. Only thing that saved it was the consume was flavorful and had a kick… but no. Not what I wanted. They took forever to make it too.. I called and they said 20 mins and I waited an extra 10 mins after I got there.. and the lady was busy flirting with some guy the entire time… and they didn’t know I spoke Spanish not that they cared but where’s the customer service… just no… not to mention I didn’t even know I arrived at the right restaurant because it’s labeled something completely different… with the smallest “la mesa” sign on the...

We were on our way to another spot and found this on the way. My wife loves fried pork belly. We got a rice dish with beans and pork. Little on the salty side ngl couldn’t finish it. Pork belly was perfect though. The beef and queso tacos were really good though with the dipping sauce crunchy on the outside and tender meat and cheese inside. There were delivery people in and out the whole time so we probably should have explored burritos and quesadillas no one was ordering from the ready made section. Would...
