This is my THIRD time ordering from this place and each time a item or two has been left out upon delivery. My partner and I have called back to inquire about the missing items and every time we got a girl (rather rude) who claims to be the manager over the phone. Each time, we've received a not so genuine apology and told to just process our issue through the app we've ordered through to receive a refund. We just wanted our food, not so much a refund. They do not take accountability for their actions here or lack thereof. Tonight we had the same issue. When we called to inquire about missing items, first my partner was told that they would have one of their delivery drivers send out the forgotten items right out. Then a couple of minutes later, the girl from the store calls back to say that they are really busy and it would take an hour for them to send us the food that THEY forgot. Regardless of how busy you are, your priority should be rectifying the problem at hand with an order you just fulfilled prior to a new order. Furthermore, this is clearly proof that the orders are not being double checked before they are being released to be picked up. We ordered two subs and fries. Only the fries made it to us. This place really has some things to improve on. This will be the last time we order from here. I ordered from here today and got cheese Ravioli and pasta for my mom. As well as a Tiramisu cake (which was frozen) and peanut butter cake. My mom liked what she got but I am very disappointed with what I got. The peanut butter cake cost $5-6 each and I got a very thin slice while the tiramisu which was the same price was a much bigger size and worth the $5-6. The ravioli is not only watery and flavorless but you get like 5-6 of them and a pan filled with melted shredded cheese that peels right off when you try to get a Ravioli. I understand that it is cheese Ravioli but for what I paid, this is so disrespectful. The ravioli is barely filled on the inside and the pan is filled mostly with the shredded cheese and this watery red sauce. It has no flavor and I ate only one ravioli and I think I’m going to just throw it out.

A day later (today) I got a call from the manager who was very nice and read my review. He asked me if I would like to order something different and apologized for the inconvenience. I order a chicken finger dinner which I got free of charge, as well as some Frozen yogurt that I didn’t even ask for(which was great!) The food all came perfect this time and in a timely manner. I ordered a turkey sandwich with Mayonnaise and cheese with a steak and cheese Calzone. I put the top delivery charge you could offer (I believe 18%). After an hour of waiting we called and they tried to tell us we pressed pick up. We argued and said fine send it we're starving. I have a toddler and wife. The woman called back to ask what we wanted on our turkey sandwich (not club or anything like that). We said just Mayonnaise and American cheese. When it got here they never gave the driver our tip, so I paid him twice. He even knew they made a mistake because it says delivery charge on the receipt not pick up. The food was freezing cold but most importantly, there was no turkey sandwich. They gave us a cold bacon and cheese sandwich. When I called back she tried to say I ordered turkey club and I kept saying "no we did not but even if we did, where the expletive is the turkey. She kept going in circles trying fix it for the third hour or so since we called and I told them to keep the money. Never ever...
