McDonald's — Restaurant in Boston

I went for lunch and ordered 3 #8 (Fish Meal) at $6.79 each. We got our meal, but the whole time, I was wondering why it was a few dollars more. So as we are eating I pulled out the receipt and noticed that they charged me MORE MONEY $7.79 each. I ended up speaking to this lady (Presented herself as the manager) asking her why am I being charged $7.79 when they are advertising the meal at $6.79. She took my receipt and went to register and came back saying it's correct. I said to her that it can't be as it's states $6.79 right on their display. What's the other $1.00 for. All she kept saying was it's right. UNBELIEVABLE. I asked for her manager and she said I will get him. NO MANAGER came to me. I finally asked another employee who is the Manager in charge and she pointed to a man. I asked him the same question and he stated that it's correct. So I had to go through the whole thing again. He looks at it again and said that we ordered a Large fry with it. That is why we are being charged the extra $1.00. I told him that we never ordered LARGE FRIES. He walked away. So I told him that I was going to social media with this because, this is wrong. YOU SHOULD NOT charge for Large fries if it's not requested. He continue to walk away ans ignored me. I went and took a picture of the display and this so called Manager became so unprofessional that I was amazed on how he conducted himself. He should not be a manager anywhere. He told me that if I go to social media, he will come after me. I was surprised that this so called man, would even speak to his customers that way. As I was leaving, I told the people who were waiting in line to be careful as they are charging the customers extra money, for food not ordered. Well the so called Man/Manager went bananas. He came out yelling and taking pictures of me. I continued to walk away, as he actually followed me outside as he kept yelling, "Oh, but you ate the fries". We got in our car and left. This man/manager should be fired. He is not well and should not be dealing with the public. He has no customer service skills what so ever. He is unprofessional, sarcastic, rude and disrespectful.

They should not be charging extra money for any food if it's not ordered. Don't jack...

Every time I have been at this McDonald's it has been a bad experience. Please don't get me wrong it's not that I am not sensitive to the epidemic that we have going on I myself I've been sober for 3 years so I understand and this McDonald's is right in the heart of "methadone mile" but it's not even just the addicts who are a problem. I was there with my husband and my son and my son needed to use the bathroom my husband brought my son into the bathroom and there was a man in one of the stalls shooting up and when my husband said something to him because this man didn't even have the courtesy to shut the door to the stall so he was sitting right there Exposed on the toilet sticking a needle into himself in front of my six-year-old when this was brought to the attention of the security guard he said to my husband well what do you want me to do about it are you serious you are the security guard who else is supposed to do something about it and then when it was brought up to staff we were told that it's been an ongoing problem which is why security was there but obviously security didn't want to do their job and then on top of it our order was completely wrong we got somebody else's order and my son and I both have food allergies and that was stated as we ordered but they still made sure that we ended up with food that we would have gotten sick on if I had an open the bag to check to see what we had gotten and when I handed it back to the woman behind the counter I was given an attitude because I asked for the right food are you serious so this is a restaurant where it's okay for people to shoot up in front of children and when you get the wrong food and you ask for your food you get an attitude all around I honestly think this place should just...

service is great, my orders are cirrect always. If your from out of town & not familiar with the area; you will see lits if panhandling, some fights, even though the city, & Boston PD have cleaned the area a lot, like, drastically BETTER BY 90%. Unfortunately, like all cities in USA, there are many mentally unstable people, addicts of all types, homeless men & woman & physically disabled. At this time last year, all around the "City Hospital" now know as "BMC Hospital" up & down street as soon as ur off the highway & enter the city over by the jail. Streets were filled with tents and hundreds of people. Be at a red light watching people shooting up drugs, others being revived by Paramedics, some in groups of nodding & almost falling over. The very mentally insane walking in circles talking to themselves. All sorts, & extremely filthy on all sidewalks. Now, have police every lot with a business posted in cars & trucks & paddy wagons. Instead of all streets in area if hospital, more like, an ally near the Mc Donalds. Just keep in mind, they are sick people, try to remain kind if they ask for money or something else. As most humans have been persinakky affected by menral illness &/or addiction or death. Its not hard to answer in a kind tone. Time is money, they'll keep it moving. My 8year old daughter took a dollar out if her wallet, then, rolled her window down, & handed it to the man who said he was hungry. The man began to cry & out of his mouth came nothing, but, gratitude. Remain mindfull. This city has an abundance of activities to offer. Sights to be seen. People & places...
