There is only a star because it would'nt let me post without one. The delivery service is great. Yet, the food is simply horrible! Their tartar sauce is made of mustard with mayo. Which is so nasty! They season their seafood. Which if you know seafood you know that's a dont do! And please watch out... It's high blood pressure waiting to happen! The fish and clam strips were burnt! It had so much seasoning it was hard to breath! The pepper and seafood seasoning was too over rated. We all threw up simply from the small amount we tried. And we sent back I overly full plate. The owner or whim ever the gentleman was over the phone taking my complaint was kind. Yet he didnt sound like he believed me. He kept stating they dont sell old food there yet not once was mention of old food apart of the complaint at hand. He spoke with the cook about the mentioned over cooked, seasoned and burnt food. The cook advised him that he did over season and cook the seafood. Though the owner offered to re-cook and send new food that alone was just devastating! He never apologized for his mishearing and a confession like that was just... Yeah! And we are both pregnant to make matters worse. IT WAS JUST ALL WRONG. THAT COOK NEEDS TO BE FIRED. THIS PLACE HAS BEEN SPOKEN OF POORLY. AND IM NOT USE TO THAT. YEARS AGO I LOVED ORDERING FROM MOTONS. YET EVERYONE WE KNOW INCLUDING THE OTHER PERSON INVOLVED SAID... "I WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU HELL NO DONT ORDER FROM THERE. THEIR FOOD IS THE WORSE. INCLUDING THEIR DAMN SALADS!!" ...Well damn... The salad's also. Lesson learned with a sick stomach...

Honestly disappointed, used to eat here all the time in my early teenage years. Ordered here a couple time this month and last month, the food is mediocre if not bad (way too much salt and oil).

The reason for this review isn’t to highlight the poor quality of the food…that pales in comparison to how bad customer service is. THEY’RE VERY RELUCTANT TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES. I can’t emphasize this enough because it’s happened to me on multiple occasions.

One time where the cheap plastic they used to cover the ziti broke and got into the food. The food was so hot, it literally broke down the plastic into the food. We couldn’t eat the food at all because of the plastic. When we called up, they literally said. “I don’t know what you want us to do” and not knowing what to do next we tried expressing that we can’t eat it and they hung up.

Another time I ordered shrimp ziti Alfredo w/ broccoli. They added chicken to it and I couldn’t eat it because of the chicken. They told me it automatically comes with chicken and I had to say no chicken. Then she acted like their was bad reception and hung up in my face. I called back and reception seems to have...

Called to place an order for 1 small steak and cheese sub with ketchup, lettuce, and pickles, and 1 small steak and cheese with bacon,extra steak, and light on the cheese. I was told it would come to 32 and some change, both by grub hub and the employee on the phone, I hung up. But called again to talk to the manager a few minutes later and after explaining what I wanted and the situation, he proceeded to tell me that actually my order is 36 and some change not 32. They charge 9 dollars even for a steak and cheese. Extra steak, a little bit of bacon (which they cut into strips instead of bits ) and ketchup, lettuce, and pickles added up to 14 extra dollars. I would not order from here again after this experience, which is a shame considering they used to have good food for...
