Pizza 24 — Restaurant in Boston

So I’ve been ordering from this place for almost 3 years now! I order usually two times a week because My family is always at work and I’m disabled. Today i ordered one of my usuals( a large steak and cheese sub) so when I went to eat it the steak was dry and burnt and there was no cheese in my sub even though I asked for EXTRA cheese. So I called them asking for them to bring me a new one so they did. When I got the second sub it tasted the SAME WAY I started to laugh because I always order from them and I don’t know why the sub tasted off today but whatever. So I called back and asked for a refund and the lady on the phone was so rude. And the manager got on the phone and said I can never order from there again! I am highly disappointed in my service over the past 3 years I gave these people at least 1,500$ for food delivery’s and now they say I can’t order from them whatever. I said to myself I’ll take my money elsewhere. Do not order from these people if you do be weary of rude service and occasional poor...

I ordered a pizza with extra cheese they sent me a pizza with cheese on it but no sauce I called them back told them there's no sauce on the pizza he told me they put sauce in it, I explained to him I'm eating the pizza right now, there's no sauce on the pizza.
