Potbelly Sandwich Works — Restaurant in Boston

Ok im not one to write reviews but enough is enough. I work at boston airport and yesterday I went to order a Avo Turkey . Cashier tells me they dont have the white bread for the big size so i took wheat then when its time to put what i want in the samdwhich they say we dont have cucumber i then said I wish you would have told me that when I ask for a avo turkey as cucumbers is one of the ingredients. Then its time to pay I ask for a milkshake then they say we dont have milkshakes this was around 5pm October 2nd 2025. I try again october 3rd around 11:45 am I ask for avo turkey i told the sandwhich maker avo turkey lettuce tomato onion you know what she does she puts lettuce tomato and pickle . Didnt put the onions as requested didnt put the cucumber which is a ingredient in the avo turkey . I never mention pickle and she puts pickles. Now its time to pay i ask for a milkshake she says we only have oreo milk shake . So then i said fine oreo she makes the shake and its just vanilla. I have to work a flight so I dont have time to keep running back and forth. I love potbelly sandwhiches But I will not be ordering from this location again!!!!! Beware when placing your order with them This was 2 incidents in 2 different days back to back. Place yourself in my shoes now what would you do??? Money down the drain!!! ill be better off ordering from door dash then this place You...

This airport Potbelly® in Boston Logan Terminal C offers the same great potbelly sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches. I purchased a nice breakfast sandwich and entertained while in a short wait by the cute signs. When I got to final checkout which is accessible height. I learned they had no hot tea only hot coffee. Honestly never expecting much from airport food, was just looking for a basic turkey sandwich to get me through my travel day. However the sandwich was so incredibly salty, it actually made me feel worse the rest of the day than if I hadn’t eaten anything. Would never come back here.
