This doesn't even deserve a zero. Went to get food while waiting for a flight with a layover of 2 hrs. My daughter tried to grab a water bottle and the enclosed glass that had handles as if you slide to open the display. The glass that already had numerous cracks on all corners, as you can see in the pictures, fell on her left foot. The employee behind the counter took 3 minutes before coming around to help my daughter as I tried to take the glass door off her foot. The manager walks by cursing because she had to write an incident report. She didn't ask if my daughter was okay or even acknowledged anything. While my daughter started crying in tremendous pain. Finally, the same employee who tried to help asked if she wanted ice. Which we denied. Placed an order for a salmon burger and water bottle.. After the ordeal to have proof since the manager didn't even attempt to acknowledge anything while still standing in front of us talking in spanish, clearly through her body language, she was talking and cursing. I then went and asked the cashier if they had any tylenol, and she said she would ask the manager. Another missed opportunity to talk to us and ask if my daughter is okay. Cashier comes back and says they have no tylenol...the manager was literally less than 3 feet from us. I finally just went up to her and asked her if she was the manager without being rude or angry...I was met with aggression and disrespect..she yelled at me...and I asked her why are there cracks and all she kept saying was you don't lift it..well if it has handles anyone could get confused after 20 hr flight between 3 airports....nonetheless, I wasn't trying to even complain I was more worried /concerned the glass door would fall on Someone else. I was Utterly disgusted and disrespected on top of injury my daughter got at their establishment. I will be calling corporate....she is lucky I didn't cause a scene or curse her out. So their hands were covered in hot cooking oil which got all over the inside and outside of the bag (no doubt this was uncomfortable too).
