Worst customer service experience I have EVER received. I order a plain bagel with bacon and cheese(which was $8) and an onion bagel with cream cheese. A pretty simple order, one might think. Wrong. We walk all the way home and realize my plain bagel had cheese, bacon and cream cheese. And my onion bagel had cream cheese and bacon. After walking all the way back and kindly explaining the mishap, we were met with eye rolls, aggression and putting the blame on us. The owner was actually the rudest of them all. She kept saying that there was a misunderstanding on my part, when our receipt said otherwise. Not to mention we would have corrected her if she repeated the VERY wrong order. I have worked in customer service for years and would never imagine treating a paying customer the way I was just treated. No apology, no remorse, no offer of a refund. Nothing. Moral of the story: I will never be back and would recommend Dunkin over Eagle Hill...

Update: After posting this the owner looked up my personal phone number online and proceeded to call me ELEVEN times in a row before I blocked them. This is super inappropriate behavior and tbh really scared me. Also if items are missing from an order you can just mark those items out of stock... Accepting orders and then cancelling them bc an item is out of stock doesn't make sense. This also didn't happen once but multiple times over multiple attempts to order from the restaurant. If I was inclined to try this place previously I certainly won't with this type of harassment from the owner.

Every time I try to order from here online they cancel my order. I’ve also tried calling to order and no one picks up. I wish they would remove themselves from online ordering apps if they’re not willing to accept them in the first place. Feels a little...

Go for: You're looking for a reliable alternative to chain restaurants for breakfast and lunch.

Avoid if: You want to sit down to eat with more than two people.

Something surprising: The portion sizes were generous, to say the least.

Reservation needed? No, but seating is limited

Overall Experience: 3/5. A nice neighborhood sandwich shop alternative with local character. Each sandwich can literally feed two adults. There are almost too many options on the menu, and it'd be nice to see it narrowed down a bit.

Value for Price: 4 Sanitation: 4 Food Quality: 3 Menu Precision: 2 Service Quality: 4 Timing: 4 Decor: 2 Access: 4 — 5 among the best 4 strong 3 not too bad 2...

First time trying this spot! I ordered the Meat lover Two eggs, extra bacon, extra ham, cheddar cheese on a croissant. The bacon was crispy and fully cooked it was great, the ham was perfect, the two eggs cooked perfectly light and tasty the cheddar cheese was melted and the croissant was lightly toasted! The sandwich was delicious it was a great choice! I also got Peanut butter banana coffee a iced large with an expresso shot it was very refreshing and excellent flavor! You have a new customer definitely will order again from here! Thank you! I am very satisfied from my first time experience at your restaurant!

you can tell they make their food with love. the owners are super sweet and always have the warmest welcomes. this is one of my families favorite cafe. they have a little bit of everything. from breakfast sandwiches to smoothies and coffee. their pricing is also reasonable for the quality of food you’re receiving. the aesthetics is so cute. it makes you want to sit and stay awhile. they even have a cute fire place. good thing it’s not real because i would be there much more often. ha, thank you eagle hill. you’re the perfect addition to our neighborhood.

I have never wanted to give a place 6 stars before and truly wish I could. I was staying at the airport hotel and looking for a smoothie place I could go to after my run and came across this one. You can even walk back to the airport hotels from here! The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful in my decision of what to order even giving up an larger size smoothie. It felt like that neighborhood place I would want to go back to often. I wish there was one in Chicago where I lived. I will definitely come back again.
