Letizia is absolutely brilliant and so fun to be around! She is so knowledgeable about everything skincare. She consults with you in depth about your current routines and lifestyle, and then recommends treatments/procedures and any habits/practices on your routine that will need to change based on your current skin needs.

I got a hydrafacial with her after doing some research on my own, having combination skin with just some special needs for my T-zone and I really have to commend her because she was so thorough about explaining the process, what to expect, and she makes you feel suuuuper relaxed all throughout. My face was glowing after the procedure and is still doing wonderful the day after.

Although some may find it a little pricey, her treatments and expertise are absolutely worth it. Saving up for them if you can’t afford them often is totally worth it. Your face will thank you. I will definitely be going back for some more treatments in the near future!

I went to Venus for the first time last week, and I simply cannot rave about this place enough. Letizia is the best of the best! I've had my fair share of high-end medical grade facials in NY and Boston, but Letizia was so much more thorough, talented, and knowledgeable than the estheticians at countless other spas I've been to. I rarely write reviews, but try to spread the word when I've come across someone who is truly exceptional - which Letizia certainly is. She takes so much time to talk you through your current routine prior to your treatment, and fully customizes everything according to your skin types and concerns. I went to her for a microcurrent facial + PERK treatment before a wedding, and I felt completely youthful and glamorous. How did I know the facial was killer? Letizia was absolutely AMAZING. It was honestly my first time getting a facial and she made me feel so comfortable. She answered any questions or concerns I had before I could even address them. It wasn’t just a facial, she gave me so much knowledge about skin care that I simply just didn’t know. Letizia gave me advice on what to do moving forward with my cleaning routine or what to stop doing that could be a bad habit of mine right now.
