Triple Eatery — Restaurant in Boston

I normally ordered from this place but on Christmas day they had stated they were too busy to deliver food. They were very rude and hypocritical one moment I was able to get a delivery in the next moment I wasn't funny thing is I only took them $5 for just bringing me food but they stated that I would have had to wait two hours and that I should call back at one hour because they were so busy. It's very sad though because I don't take disrespect lightly and I'm very kind when I talk to people that handle in my food since I'm writing such a poor review I will definitely never call triple...

Sadly this place went down the hill in the last year or so. Before they used to have good service. Food was made fast and delicious. Now it takes about 1-1.5 hour to receive an order with 3 items which are not tasty as before. Customer service is bad, phone people are very rude and disrespectful.
