I had an original review for the previous owners, where I rarely had any problems, I very much enjoyed getting food here.

Since the new management has taken over... I doubt I will be going back. The food quality is not on par with the old owners, the menu has been cut down significantly from what they used to offer (daily Korean specialities) to primarily just more American focused foods. The menu items they did keep though, such as the chicken burger, have completely changed in how they prepare and cook. It comes down to each person, but for myself the food just did not taste as good as the previous owners. The chicken burger used to come with several toppings, but now it's only mayo and pickles for a regular chicken burger, if you want more then it's going to cost you extra. I didn't experience any issues with the management/staff itself. But the food options and the quality have fallen from what it used to be.

I want to be as fair as possible when writing this too because I manage a business as well. First of all, I love going here. The options here compared to other delis makes this spot worth going to everyday for lunch. However, I’ve noticed that they have been closed without any signs/changing google listings for the past 5-7 days. Could it be the really bad weather? Understandable, going there to put up just a sign isn’t safe at all. That takes us to now, the weather for the past couple days have cleared up and I show up today and they are closed? No sign? Google still says it’s opened? Why? If you are on Christmas break I get it! Im all for work life balance.
